About: Friends and neighbours have often relied on me to drop in twice a day for feeding and interaction to provide their cat with company and attention while they have been away. Should your cat choose to accept me, I provide gentle, calm and affectionate attention and engage with toys or games should they be willing but in times where they prefer to go "solo" then, being present without interaction is equally important. On lucky occasions I have also been greeted with little "gifts" so have become accustomed to the sad and careful removal of things with wings!

About: I have had dogs my entire life, but have been doing it professionally for over 4 years working as a dog carer, offering dog day care and dog boarding at my own home. About: I have been surrounded by dogs and animals my whole life. One of my childhood pets is a rescue from Romania, my family and I have aided her from an aggressive and scared dog, into an independent and calmer version of herself. This meant that I had to quickly learn the importance of patience and boundaries. This has inspired me to begin working with animals and specifically dogs. From the age of 15 I started pet sitting for some of my friends animals whilst they were away and as I moved to university I continued to help. I signed up to volunteer on the website Borrow My Doggy where I would look after and walk dogs when their owners became too busy. I provide fresh food and water, clean the litter box daily, I work from home so I am always here to give them the attention they need and spend quality time with your through play and affection, based on their comfort level. I also keep the home tidy and can handle tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants. If caring for pets in my own home, I provide a quiet, friendly space with cozy resting spots, and lots of love and attention. My goal is always to ensure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for.
About: I love and have been surrounded by animals of all kinds, my whole life. I currently have one cat and two horses and regularly walk, feed and sit dogs for friends and family when they are away with work or on holiday. I have been pet sitting regularly using Rover for over two years now and it's a pleasure to take care of people's beloved pets in their own home whilst they're away. I work from home with flexible hours so I can be available at short notice for dog walks and as long as I have access to WIFI I can house sit (dogs or cats) and carry out day care from any location. I am fully insured to take care of your pet in your home. I like to be active and take long walks so if your furbaby is energetic this is good news for me! I am also more than happy to take short walks, or none at all if they prefer to stay close to home. If I am sitting for a few days or more (overnight stays) I can adapt my routine to suit your pet depending on their needs and requirements.

My schedule is flexible, and I plan my day around the pets in my care. I have regular dog walks throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent exercise, enrichment, and companionship for the dogs I look after. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, as well as overnight stays when arranged in advance. I always follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and settled. Pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, feeding, and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. I also provide updates, photos, and messages so owners can have peace of mind while they’re away. Safety and wellbeing are always my top priorities. With previous experience working in veterinary care and certification in Pet First Aid, I am trained to recognise signs of illness, injury, stress, or discomfort and respond appropriately. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medication, exercise, and routines. Dogs are always walked on secure leads unless owners have specifically approved otherwise in a safe, enclosed area. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, behaviour, and any special requirements before providing care. I maintain a clean, secure environment, regularly check gates, doors, and equipment, and ensure pets are supervised appropriately. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.
