“We had never left our dog with someone other than family before because he is a big dog and he needs to be left with someone who can handle him and so we were quite nervous about leaving him with someone else. Well what a waste of energy that was! Kelly and Nikolai were fantastic! And of course their dog Mabel. They all made Arlo feel right at home. We had a meet and greet first to make sure Arlo and Mabel got on and so we could all meet, which really put our minds at ease. Kelly kept us up to date with pictures and messages which was really lovely and we knew Arlo was having a great time. He loved it so much he is back in a few weeks!”

I’ve also looked after multiple dogs for my friends ranging from terriers through to German Shepherds and Pointers. Jet loves having extra friends to play with and we want to be able to give back to the Rover community who have been great for us. Your pup will be treated like one of our own during their stay. Dan works in a shift pattern and I’m home every weekend therefore we will be in all day during their stay. We offer long countryside walks, lots of cuddles and daily updates. Your pup will be kept company by Jet and will have a fenced garden to play in when it’s sunny and a sofa to snuggle on when it’s rainy and when not out on walks. We have a crate available if that is needed for any continuity of training.

About: We have over 15 years experience caring for all types of pets from hamsters to dogs! Currently we have a 2 year old spaniel and a 8 year old cat in residence who are looking forward to having some friends come to stay! Having raised our dog from 9 weeks old we are confident in all areas from giving baths to medication. About: Hello! My name is Louise and I am animal obsessed and have been for my entire life. I have pet sat since early teens and have 3 separate animal based qualifications. I am currently running a small educational animal sanctuary and a dog grooming parlour. I also compete at flyball with our own dogs. We have a good garden and large field nearby, as well as nearby woodland for walks. About: We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog and Robert the hamster) I had two spaniels, a beautiful old boy who was 11 years (no longer with us) and a 1yr old boy. I have experience training and raising my senior dog from 16 weeks old. He became a Pets as Therapy dog and was adored at a local primary school. He was a wonderfully calm loving dog that was quite creaky by the end; so I understand the patience and gentle care that older dogs need (if you are worried about an older slower doggo being in someone else's care). I also have a furry ball of fun! I have had my youngest pup since he was 8 weeks and this has meant I have had to start all over again and recap all our past training! He will also train to become a therapy dog when he is older (wish me luck!). I have room for 1-2 dogs during the week. I work from home so I am in most of the day, every day. I walk the dogs straight after the morning school run around 9am and again pop out either before the 3pm pick up or just after (with children in tow). The dogs get attention whenever they potter up to me whilst I'm working , I enjoy the company! I am happy to accept any dog of any age that has a good temperament. I have two school aged children (6 + 8) who have grown up with dogs and understand how to respect and play with them. However, their safety (along with my dog and yours) is paramount. So if you have a reactive dog I'm afraid I won't be able to help you. The dogs have free reign of the downstairs of my house and the backdoor to the (fenced) garden is open in almost all weather (unless it is freezing or torrential!). My dog is crate trained so is also in and out throughout the day but is mostly asleep at my feet in the kitchen! I can also separate the dogs between the living room and kitchen if they need downtime from playing.

About: I am 37 years old and have personally had cats and dogs for over 20 years and taken care of many dogs for friends and family when they have been away or busy with work. Every single one, from the Labradors to the Newfoundland, it has been a pleasure. I find all animals are a joy to be with and I thoroughly enjoy training them and playing with them. About: I am a 70yrs young retired fit gentleman looking to fill spare time looking after pets which is something I love to do. We have had pets all our married life (44yrs) including many cats (4 together at one point), bearded dragon, guinea pig and mice, dealing with day to day cat trays and vet visits and giving medication. Over the past 3 yrs I have helped with looking after and training my son’s dog. Including house sitting while away on holidays. Additionally, their cat and 2 rabbits. I have also looked after neighbours pets including tortoises, fish and cats. I am confident that I could help train dogs in respect of walking if required. About: We have had Jet our Weimaraner for 6 years and know the importance of having a safe and secure boarding home when away. I’ve had Jet since she was a puppy and Dan has had dogs all of his life. I’ve also looked after multiple dogs for my friends ranging from terriers through to German Shepherds and Pointers. Jet loves having extra friends to play with and we want to be able to give back to the Rover community who have been great for us. Your pup will be treated like one of our own during their stay. Dan works in a shift pattern and I’m home every weekend therefore we will be in all day during their stay. We offer long countryside walks, lots of cuddles and daily updates. Your pup will be kept company by Jet and will have a fenced garden to play in when it’s sunny and a sofa to snuggle on when it’s rainy and when not out on walks. We have a crate available if that is needed for any continuity of training.
