About: I’ve been around cats most of my life, having grown up with them and caring for a family cat when my eldest child was born until he was three years old and we moved over to the UK. I’m very comfortable with feeding, cleaning litter trays, keeping their space tidy, and spending time with them for play, company and cuddles. I understand how important routine and calm are for cats, especially when their owners are away.

“Jessica was a fantastic. She dropped in to feed and play with my cat as agreed and sent photos and feedback to let me know how things were going. I have no qualms about recommending Jessica.”

About: I've had cats my whole life, and have recently lost my own. I'm extremely passionate and just want to help and care for your cat (s), it would be the most absolute pleasure. Will go the extra mile to make sure a client is satisfied.

About: I have looked after cats more than 40years and helped to look after neighbours cats and pets …during that time I have loved having them as family members …looking after them during the good times and when they need extra care .

“It was quite last minute that we asked Eleanor to pop in to a cat to feed him, however she was very responsive and we planned for her to come and meet him and us beforehand. She brought her husband and later her daughter along also, and they both seemed very friendly and understanding of caring for pets, as they have their own. We were updated every time she went in with comments and photos which was amazing! We will most definitely call on Eleanor again if we require some help! Thank you 😊”

About: I've literally had a cat every single day of my life! When I was growing up we had mother Piggy and son Clarence, both black cats. Clarence sadly lost one eye and went blind in his remaining eye when I was an older teenager, so I have experience caring for vulnerable cats. I've had cats from kittens and one cat Eric that lived until he was 21. He had hyperthyroidism so required daily medication giving me experience with administering medication regularly. I've had male cats, female cats, long haired cats, short haired cats, outgoing cats, shy cats and rescue cats. I'm very confident with all cats and adore them all!

“Vicki was excellent looking after our cat whilst we were away. Easy to communicate with, regular updates and most importantly our cat grew very fond of her! Would recommend Vicki to others and will look to rebook in the future 😄”

“Sheila was a great help with our cat. She is amazingly flexible - we had to change the address for sitting and she was perfectly fine with it. She sent us loads of photos of our cat every visit and took really good care of him. Could not recommend her enough! We will be back!”

About: We have had Jet our Weimaraner for 6 years and know the importance of having a safe and secure boarding home when away. I’ve had Jet since she was a puppy and Dan has had dogs all of his life. I’ve also looked after multiple dogs for my friends ranging from terriers through to German Shepherds and Pointers. Jet loves having extra friends to play with and we want to be able to give back to the Rover community who have been great for us. Your pup will be treated like one of our own during their stay. Dan works in a shift pattern and I’m home every weekend therefore we will be in all day during their stay. We offer long countryside walks, lots of cuddles and daily updates. Your pup will be kept company by Jet and will have a fenced garden to play in when it’s sunny and a sofa to snuggle on when it’s rainy and when not out on walks. We have a crate available if that is needed for any continuity of training.

“Louise is awesome. From my initial enquiry through to the final feeding visit, Louise kept in contact, kept me up to date and made sure she had all the information she needed. More importantly, Chester and Captain appear to approve 😁. Louise clearly has a love for animals and that's been demonstrated by two happy pets. Thank you ☺️”

“Salem really enjoyed his time with Emily and would be more than happy to use her again. She visited regularly gave him lots of attention, established a routine and sent daily pics and updates to his guardians. They found a happy and content cat on their return, and as a bonus, the sink fairy had visited!”

“Louise was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we met. She kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away at a wedding. She was also able to accommodate a long day of dog sitting without any issues. Lagertha was well looked after, fed, and taken for walks, and I came home to one very tired and happy pup! Thank you so much for taking such great care of her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Louise to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

About: We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog and Robert the hamster) I had two spaniels, a beautiful old boy who was 11 years (no longer with us) and a 1yr old boy. I have experience training and raising my senior dog from 16 weeks old. He became a Pets as Therapy dog and was adored at a local primary school. He was a wonderfully calm loving dog that was quite creaky by the end; so I understand the patience and gentle care that older dogs need (if you are worried about an older slower doggo being in someone else's care). I also have a furry ball of fun! I have had my youngest pup since he was 8 weeks and this has meant I have had to start all over again and recap all our past training! He will also train to become a therapy dog when he is older (wish me luck!). I have room for 1-2 dogs during the week. I work from home so I am in most of the day, every day. I walk the dogs straight after the morning school run around 9am and again pop out either before the 3pm pick up or just after (with children in tow). The dogs get attention whenever they potter up to me whilst I'm working , I enjoy the company! I am happy to accept any dog of any age that has a good temperament. I have two school aged children (6 + 8) who have grown up with dogs and understand how to respect and play with them. However, their safety (along with my dog and yours) is paramount. So if you have a reactive dog I'm afraid I won't be able to help you. The dogs have free reign of the downstairs of my house and the backdoor to the (fenced) garden is open in almost all weather (unless it is freezing or torrential!). My dog is crate trained so is also in and out throughout the day but is mostly asleep at my feet in the kitchen! I can also separate the dogs between the living room and kitchen if they need downtime from playing.

“Sophie and her lovely son made Louis feel instantly at home, their warmth and kindness meant he settled quickly and confidently. The photos she shared of him playing and relaxing were such a comfort while we were away. We’re also lucky she lives just around the corner, so Louis will definitely be visiting again many times in the future”

“I was so, so nervous about booking a dogsitter as it was going to be my dog's first ever day with a dogsitter, and another dog and in another house! I took Jack round to meet Dre before hand and JC was so lovely and reassuring with us - the home enviroment is dog friendly and secure and near plenty of nice park walks - he is a jack russell and likes to think he is in charge of everything and everyone and as JC also has a jack russell i knew she would know how to manage him! On the day JC picked him up in the morning and sent loads of photos throughout the day and i was so relieved to see him looking relaxed and playing with Dre. when we went to collect him at the end of the day they were out on their 2nd hour long walk of the day so i waited at the address for him and when i saw him come round the corner looking like he had not a care in the world i was so happy! He had an absolutley fantastic time with Dre and JC and i am already making my next booking-I couldnt be hapier ! Thank you JC”

“Michael was wonderful and so was Buddy! Loona has a new friend in Buddy. Michael was very accommodating and replied to my messages promptly checking in on Loona with photos of her and a video of her and Buddy. Will certainly be using Michael again, thanks so much Michael, from Loona and I.”

About: I’m a Labrador mum and have looked after family and friends dogs for many years. My daughter works from my house so dogs are very rarely left alone. I retired two years ago so I have lots of time to walk, train and play with pup. I love dogs so this is a great way to pass my time. My house is like a home from home they are allowed on the sofas and have a lovely big enclosed safe garden to play in.

About: I have always grown up with dogs. I currently work for a dog walking company and I have a dog walking diploma, completed a pet sitting course as well as a pet 1st aid course. I also have business insurance too. I am a single mother of 4. I currently work for a dog walking company, so any dog that I look after will be walked and cared for like my own, I can walk in a group or can walk as solo. I will always be available to give 100 percent care to any dog that comes to stay with me! No dog will ever be left alone for any length of time! Even during school runs someone is always home.
“My Cockapoo pup Milo seems to have had a great time with Kanishka and family today. He was calm and happy when I picked him up, has had a nice walk, and seems to have got on well with Kanishka's dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kanishka again. Many thanks !”

“Tiya - our spaniel- had a wonderful visit with Tyla. She was clearly a very happy dog from the moment we met and she loved meeting everyone, her walk and playtime. Thank you Tyla- recommend this sitter to anyone looking for super doggie care”

About: Hi, I'm Kelly! I work from home full-time and provide loving, reliable pet care tailored to your dog's individual needs. Whether you're looking for boarding, doggy day care, house sitting, dog walking or drop-in visits, your pet will be treated like one of the family. I live with my partner Nikolai who also helps walk and take care of our visitors. I have a secure garden and a friendly resident dog, Mabel, who loves making new friends and is a wonderful companion for sociable dogs. However, I understand that not every dog enjoys the company of others. If your dog prefers their own space, I'm happy to accommodate this with separate walks, individual care and house sitting, ensuring they feel comfortable, relaxed and receive my full attention. I only care for a small number of dogs at a time, so every guest receives plenty of one-to-one attention, regular walks, playtime, cuddles and companionship in a calm, loving home. I've had dogs, cats and horses all my life and have experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes and personalities. Friends, neighbours and family have regularly relied on me to feed, walk, play with and look after their pets while away. I'm patient, trustworthy, flexible and genuinely love animals, making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable and well cared for. Whether it's an energetic puppy, a senior dog who enjoys a slower pace, or a pet with a specific routine, I'll always follow your instructions carefully. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe and receiving the same love and attention they'd get at home. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to care for pets throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and I’m happy to offer walks, drop-ins, play dates and plenty of companionship and attention. I’ve had animals all my life and genuinely enjoy spending time with them, making sure they feel comfortable, loved and well cared for. I’m also always ready for a doggy cappuccino treat and cuddle break! I provide a calm, safe and loving environment where pets are treated like family. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pets in someone else’s care and always make sure they feel comfortable, secure and well looked after. I follow owners’ routines carefully, including feeding, walking and medication instructions, and I’m happy to give regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: Hello! My name is Louise and I am animal obsessed and have been for my entire life. I have pet sat since early teens and have 3 separate animal based qualifications. I am currently running a small educational animal sanctuary and a dog grooming parlour. I also compete at flyball with our own dogs. I have years of experience working with animals doing things such as pet sitting, walking and training among many other things. We have 3 children who also adore animals and are turing into great little helpers and trainers in their own right. Animals in our care are looked after as our own and really become part of the family. We love taking any dogs in our care with us on day trips and some even enjoy coming camping with us in the caravan when we go to dog events. A little holiday of their own! Most of the income we make from pet sitting goes straight back into our animal sanctuary to help us care for our rescues, so its all for a good cause! Your dog will become part of the family, joining us for animal sanctuary duties, dog walks, going to the grooming room and more. They can join us at flyball in the caravan where they will be utterly spoilt. We are happy to care for a wide range of animals and have knowledge from dogs to guineapigs, to parrots and snakes we do it all. We work with the animals and their personalities having cared for very nervous and reactive dogs to the cuddliest rabbits you have ever met. We work with them all and my knowledge and qualifications in animal behaviour are invaluable!

I have also looked after neighbours pets including tortoises, fish and cats. I am confident that I could help train dogs in respect of walking if required. About: I've looked after a multitude of different pets in my lifetime. Starting with the neighbour's cat Domino when I was 11. I've looked after many different breeds of dogs from a little Papillon to a very big German Shepherd. I've looked after puppies and senior dogs so am confident in catering to their needs. The same can be said for cats. I'm confident with kittens and older cats. I've personally had cats and dogs all of my life so am very confident in their care and will look after your fur babies with as much love as I would my own. I've also had a Russian Dwarf hamster, a Syrian hamster, a house rabbit, 4 rats, goldfish and even stick insects! I've looked after ferrets, a snake, gerbils, tropical fish and giant African land snails, so I'm confident with all pets! I'm fully insured, dbs checked and pet first aid and CPR trained. I also have a certificate in animal psychology and one in small and exotic animal care. Pet sitting is my only job so I pride myself on being super flexible. My children are all older now. One is away at university, one is about to start college and my youngest is just going into year 9 so they're less dependent on me now. I share school runs with my husband and I take my youngest to football training and matches three times a week which is really my only regular commitment. I'm fully insured and dbs checked. I take your pets safety incredibly seriously and will stick to any guidelines you give me whilst caring for them. For dog walks away from the area surrounding your home, I have a reinforced, crash tested crate in my car, with a sturdy ramp for them to get in and out. I keep spare slip leads on me incase of emergencies, and I carry a pet first aid kit with me too.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and have experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, rodents, and even my tarantula! I’m confident with all kinds of personalities, whether your pet is energetic, shy, independent, or loves lots of attention. I’m naturally calm, organised, and great at following routines, and I always treat pets as if they were my own. I understand how important it is for owners to know their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, companionship, or simply sticking to their usual routine, I aim to provide a stress free experience for both pets and owners. My home will soon be shared with two friendly kittens, so any dogs staying with me must be comfortable and calm around cats. Their safety and wellbeing, along with that of your pet, is always my top priority. For the safety and comfort of all animals in my care, I am currently only able to accept dogs that have been spayed or neutered. Thank you for your understanding. I have a flexible schedule and can easily work around your plans. I’m also happy to commute and will always do my best to make things easy and stress free for you and your pets. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for them in your home or mine, I make sure they feel relaxed, secure, and loved. I have a fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time, and I’m confident reading dog body language, so I can respond calmly and appropriately to different behaviours. I stick closely to your routines, keep feeding and walks consistent, and can also help with any special needs like medication. I’m tidy, respectful of your home, and happy to send updates so you always know your pet is in good hands.
About: Since i was a baby I've grown up around many different kinds of animals, as well as being raised in a 4 cat, 1 dog household until i was 15. I dealt with high energy pets. I was also often left in charge of my cousins cocker spaniel, for long periods of time, where my requirements were to walk, feed a special diet, and play with for multiple hours in a day, sometimes more than a few days back to back. Over time i learned to adjust my care to suit my pets ages, my Yorkshire terrier has had asthma and a collapsed trachea for most of her life, i understand how to care for a dog with health issues along with cats, my senior 18 year old Bengal has many of her own health issues and needs special accommodation for her separation anxiety and dietary requirements. I am well versed on giving medications in various forms, and I'm not afraid to provide these to bigger dogs. Along with this, i have previously helped my own sister with her professional dog sitting for the past year when she's needed extra support for bigger dogs or fuller households, though i am able to manage this task on my own too. I currently don't work, so my schedule is completely open, and I'm more than happy to dedicate as much time as you need to accommodate your pets! Anything that may take a lot of time in a week is the perfect fit for me, i love spending time getting to know and understand your animals. I have a very private garden that backs onto other gardens, separated by a fence, and fitted for all dogs. I have fake grass which highly reduces the chance of ticks especially at this time of year, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood with no noisy traffic or noise during the day or especially at night. I have a larger open house, big enough for larger dogs to roam around and explore! My neighborhood is quiet and rather large, with many various places to walk dogs.

“Denzil came to visit Lula the day before her dog walk as we weren’t going to be home for her collection so he could meet her. He sent us a video and message about Lula and is very friendly, you can tell he cares and listened to all our needs for our sometimes reactive fur baby. Will definitely be using again :)”

About: Anyone who knows me would vouch for my passion for all animals. My family has had cats since I was born, and we got our first dog nearly 15 years ago, who was my absolute world. Unfortunately, we lost her at the end of 2024, but we cherish the memories dearly. As soon as I was able to, I have independently walked/trained/cared for my pets and take any opportunity to care for any other animals! I have a fair few regular pet sits, including two young dogs and a cat in their own home, where I quickly managed to befriend a nervous little cat who is now very friendly with me - which I think was a shock to the owners! I have another regular dog, where I stay at their home whilst they are on holiday, as well as several regular weekly bookings with different dogs. I also have experience looking after high-energy puppies/breeds, larger dogs and managing up to 3 dogs in a home or on walks at once. I volunteer at my local wildlife rescue charity, where I health-check and clean out anything from hedgehogs to pigeons! My love for animals extends into my career aspirations, as I want to go into the environment and sustainability sector. I will always go above and beyond to make sure animals feel safe and comfortable and will often put their needs above my own. I am a postgraduate, with a fairly flexible schedule. I try to update my calendar as much as possible to reflect this; however, given the nature of this job, it can be last-minute, so it is not always possible. I do try to get back to everyone and give a reason if I am not able to accommodate for whatever reason. I am happy to accommodate to instructions provided to ensure you and your pet feel comfortable with my care. I can maintain a clean and organised environment and would communicate transparently for your peace of mind.

About: Hi there! My name is Louise, and I am a huge animal lover! I own 2 rescue cats who I absolutely adore. I have always owned animals growing up, and I have years of experience in caring for a variety of animals. I have a level 3 BTEC qualification in animal management and animal care, which I studied at college. I then achieved further diplomas after college, including achieving a distinction in Canine Behaviour and Training, and a distinction in canine first aid training. I have worked at a cattery part time for 2 years, where I worked alongside a variety of cats and got to know their weird and wonderful quirks and personalities. I now offer pet sitting and dog walking services locally. I hold a full UK clean driving license, and I can administer medications. Please feel free to drop me a message, and I hope to make lots of new fluffy friends!🐾 I am available Monday- Sunday and flexible with timings all throughout the week. “Kelly was amazing when she looked after our Dog. She kept us updated daily with photos, videos & messages. It reassured us that he was being looked after and having a great time! Thank you so much Kelly, he had the best time with you and Mabel and we will absolutely book him with you again soon.”

“I used this service for the first time as I needed overnight boarding for my Collie and having never been away from home with people he doesn't know, I was nervous for him and Sam, the boarder host. Need not have worried. He was happy, walked and looked after. Received updates and photos. Would use again if I ever needed to!”

“Can’t rate Kirsty highly enough, very friendly and accommodating to last minutes time changes and above all else Nebula looked so happy in the pictures, which is the most important part. Will definitely use again. Thank you”

“Im really please to have been able to book with Katharina, Luna seemed to enjoy her stay overnight. Katharina took really good care of Luna who managed to cut her leg a week before her stay. She sorted out Lunas medication, and was happy to deal with the agony of the cone of shame, so I am super grateful for the excellent care received this weekend. We will be very happy to use Katharina's services again! Thank you!”

“Nick took great care of Socs - and us! It was Socs first time away from home and we were very nervous, but Nick made sure we were kept informed and it was lovely to see him settling in. The meet and greet was really helpful and showed Nicks experience, it was particularly comforting to know that Nick had boarded Daschunds before. Thank you Nick 😊”

“Serena was amazing with my labrador luna while i was on holiday. Luna had soo much fun in fields and forests plenty of photo and videos that made me giggle at my dog, luna deffinatly had a brilliant time and cant thank Serena enough will 100% be back 😊”

“Eleanor could not have done more to ensure a fantastic stay for Lisa, even collecting and dropping off to help me out. Lisa had a fantastic time with Custard, Peter (and the cat) and came back full of health and bounce. I could not rate Eleanor and family more highly.”

“Philippa was absolutely wonderful! Chester felt right at home. She’s super accomodating and very kind. Jet is also a lovely pup and they seemed to have gotten on well. Thanks again Philippa for going out of your way to help us.”

“Sarah and Saurabh were fabulous. Sarah is super responsive on messages, booking was really quick and easy. Both Sarah and Saurabh are friendly lovely people, Saurabh took great care of our dog Bailey over a long weekend. He's an older dog so needs extra care with attention and meds, Saurabh was very caring and sent us lots of updates. Thanks both of you and we would love to book Bailey with you again.”

“Ralph had a lovely overnight stay with Marta and her lovely children. We were given regular updates on how Ralph was settling in and he had a great time and was well looked after. He was really relaxed when we collected him. We’re booked in again for a week stay next time and I know Ralph will be spoiled!”

“Simon is a Romanian rescue who hates me leaving him for a night or two in his own home with his Daddy. But - we really needed a break away together so .... I anxiously left him with Kia and Aiden for 7 nights 😫 They were so kind and understanding about my panic and Simon took to them both immediately. Kia sent pics and videos whilst we were away and could not have been more reassuring. Anyhow - excitedly went to collect Simon today and anticipated how over the moon he would be to see me ... well, he did get excited but the bit that really struck me was that my nervous, anxious, unsociable mutt gave Aiden a 'nose bump' before we left - the traitor!! Will def be booking again anytime we want to go away. Thank you Kia and Aiden - top class! X”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care Charlotte gave my beloved Dolly. Dolly usually never leaves my side, so I was naturally a little nervous about leaving her, but from the moment she arrived, it was clear she was in safe and loving hands. Charlotte kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease. Judging by the pictures (and Dolly’s reluctance to leave), I think it’s safe to say she had more of a holiday than a pet-sit! The warmth, care, and attention Charlotte gave was truly wonderful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Dolly with her again. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for someone who genuinely treats your dog like one of their own. Thank you, Charlotte!”
