About: I've been taking care of animals for friends and families for years now. Its gotten to the point that I am the go-to whenever an animal needs company! I believe one of the main reasons why I am good at animal-minding is patience. Animals require a lot of attention at times and for a lot of people it can be quite draining or time-consuming, and being a self-employed artist, I've got a lot more available time than most. I am quite reserved so I have always got on better with animals than a lot of people I interact with so its always felt very easy and natural. I'm used to all kinds of dogs and cats, size, breed, attitudes, none have ever been an issue, even the older ones, who can be rather stubborn Overall, animals are great and taking care of them is a pleasure. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I work Monday to Thursday, and I’m fully available for pet sitting and care on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. I live in a quiet cottage on the outskirts of a small, picturesque village, with woodland and heathland directly behind the house, as well as a nearby common and orchard, which is all perfect for long, varied dog walks with plenty of space to explore. The cottage has a secure, fully enclosed back garden where dogs can safely roam and relax. Dogs are welcome inside the house and on the furniture, and pets are treated as part of the home rather than kept separate. For cats, there is a cat flap, so cats who are comfortable coming and going can do so freely. I’m very happy to accommodate both dogs and cats and provide a calm, relaxed, and attentive environment while you’re away. I care for pets as individuals and always follow the owner’s instructions closely, including routines, feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any medical or behavioural requirements. Safety and consistency are my top priorities. In my home, pets are supervised, kept in a calm and secure environment, and never left unattended in unsafe situations. My garden is fully enclosed, and walks are tailored to each dog’s energy level and recall ability. I avoid overcrowding and make sure pets have space to rest and feel settled. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I’m respectful, reliable, and mindful of maintaining the pet’s normal routine and surroundings to minimise stress. I keep homes clean and secure and provide regular updates for peace of mind. While I didn’t expect updates every second, I always felt reassured that our dogs were in the best hands. About: We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog and Robert the hamster) I had two spaniels, a beautiful old boy who was 11 years (no longer with us) and a 1yr old boy. I have experience training and raising my senior dog from 16 weeks old. He became a Pets as Therapy dog and was adored at a local primary school. He was a wonderfully calm loving dog that was quite creaky by the end; so I understand the patience and gentle care that older dogs need (if you are worried about an older slower doggo being in someone else's care). I also have a furry ball of fun! I have had my youngest pup since he was 8 weeks and this has meant I have had to start all over again and recap all our past training! He will also train to become a therapy dog when he is older (wish me luck!). I have room for 1-2 dogs during the week. I work from home so I am in most of the day, every day. I walk the dogs straight after the morning school run around 9am and again pop out either before the 3pm pick up or just after (with children in tow). The dogs get attention whenever they potter up to me whilst I'm working , I enjoy the company! I am happy to accept any dog of any age that has a good temperament. I have two school aged children (6 + 8) who have grown up with dogs and understand how to respect and play with them. However, their safety (along with my dog and yours) is paramount. So if you have a reactive dog I'm afraid I won't be able to help you. The dogs have free reign of the downstairs of my house and the backdoor to the (fenced) garden is open in almost all weather (unless it is freezing or torrential!). My dog is crate trained so is also in and out throughout the day but is mostly asleep at my feet in the kitchen! I can also separate the dogs between the living room and kitchen if they need downtime from playing.

About: Since i was a baby I've grown up around many different kinds of animals, as well as being raised in a 4 cat, 1 dog household until i was 15. I dealt with high energy pets. I was also often left in charge of my cousins cocker spaniel, for long periods of time, where my requirements were to walk, feed a special diet, and play with for multiple hours in a day, sometimes more than a few days back to back. Over time i learned to adjust my care to suit my pets ages, my Yorkshire terrier has had asthma and a collapsed trachea for most of her life, i understand how to care for a dog with health issues along with cats, my senior 18 year old Bengal has many of her own health issues and needs special accommodation for her separation anxiety and dietary requirements. I am well versed on giving medications in various forms, and I'm not afraid to provide these to bigger dogs. Along with this, i have previously helped my own sister with her professional dog sitting for the past year when she's needed extra support for bigger dogs or fuller households, though i am able to manage this task on my own too. I currently don't work, so my schedule is completely open, and I'm more than happy to dedicate as much time as you need to accommodate your pets! Anything that may take a lot of time in a week is the perfect fit for me, i love spending time getting to know and understand your animals. I have a very private garden that backs onto other gardens, separated by a fence, and fitted for all dogs. I have fake grass which highly reduces the chance of ticks especially at this time of year, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood with no noisy traffic or noise during the day or especially at night. I have a larger open house, big enough for larger dogs to roam around and explore! My neighborhood is quiet and rather large, with many various places to walk dogs.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have plenty of experience looking after both cats and dogs. I have two Siamese cats of my own and have pet sat for friends, family and neighbours since I was younger. I am currently running a small educational animal sanctuary and a dog grooming parlour. I also compete at flyball with our own dogs. I believe one of the main reasons why I am good at animal-minding is patience. Animals require a lot of attention at times and for a lot of people it can be quite draining or time-consuming, and being a self-employed artist, I've got a lot more available time than most. I am quite reserved so I have always got on better with animals than a lot of people I interact with so its always felt very easy and natural. I'm used to all kinds of dogs and cats, size, breed, attitudes, none have ever been an issue, even the older ones, who can be rather stubborn Overall, animals are great and taking care of them is a pleasure. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I work Monday to Thursday, and I’m fully available for pet sitting and care on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. I live in a quiet cottage on the outskirts of a small, picturesque village, with woodland and heathland directly behind the house, as well as a nearby common and orchard, which is all perfect for long, varied dog walks with plenty of space to explore. The cottage has a secure, fully enclosed back garden where dogs can safely roam and relax. Dogs are welcome inside the house and on the furniture, and pets are treated as part of the home rather than kept separate. For cats, there is a cat flap, so cats who are comfortable coming and going can do so freely. I’m very happy to accommodate both dogs and cats and provide a calm, relaxed, and attentive environment while you’re away. I care for pets as individuals and always follow the owner’s instructions closely, including routines, feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any medical or behavioural requirements. Safety and consistency are my top priorities. In my home, pets are supervised, kept in a calm and secure environment, and never left unattended in unsafe situations. My garden is fully enclosed, and walks are tailored to each dog’s energy level and recall ability. I avoid overcrowding and make sure pets have space to rest and feel settled. While I didn’t expect updates every second, I always felt reassured that our dogs were in the best hands.
