“When I made the booking, I was not sure whether my request would be accepted, as Gaia had never spent time indoors with cats or children before. However, she had never shown any aggression towards them outside, and Daisy kindly agreed to look after her. Fortunately, Gaia got on very well with the younger and smaller members of the family. Daisy and her husband took lovely care of her during her stay and sent me some photos of Gaia relaxing with them on the sofa. She certainly looked as though she felt at home. About: I have had pets all throughout my life growing up. I have owned dogs for over 19 years and am used to looking after pets - mainly dogs, but also chickens, horses and cats. I currently work part-time and in a role where I can be mainly based at home. I live in an old house surrounded by lovely gardens and three acres of fields. I am close to many country walks and St Mary’s Bay beach is only 10 minutes drive from me. All dogs, like us humans, are different. Some prefer to be left in peace and quiet and others like company, some are very energetic and others are less so. How I care for your dog is entirely dependent on their preferences. And I have enough space in my home for them to roam quite freely and the great outdoors with fenced fields are merely seconds from our back door. I have enough space in my home to have 3 extra dogs with their own room.

I have worked in boarding kennels before and have been boarding dogs myself for the past 10 years in my own home, where all dogs are welcomed into my family and treated as one of my own. About: I am exactly who I would want to leave my dog with or have my dog walked by as I put dogs in front of humans 😂 My small Munsterlander is 4 now and I’ve had her since a pup, we’ve recently moved back to the UK from Spain and I’m out with her on big ball playing walks 4/5 times per day as she is super active and I need the outside time too so I thought this would be perfect for me to get a bit of pocket money and be around my favourite animals at the same time. I have trained my girl since a pup and understand all aspects of dog training and how they operate in general so I’m happy to have dogs off the lead although at the same time happy to walk them on a long lead :) Walking wise I’ll have mine with me and she’s off the lead running chasing the ball in the local fields etc so any dog can join in and we’ll have a great time if you want me to have your dog overnight I’ll make it so they don’t even want to come back to you which is exactly what I would expect and hope for if I was to leave my baby! How will I do that? 🤔 I’ll make sure they have the best walks ever so we’re all chilled for cozy cuddle time and I’ll cook up something meaty for them super nutritional and make sure they sleep right next to me by the bed :) I actually do nothing all day everyday apart from look after my best mate (Maddie in my photo) since I’ve moved back here to the UK I find myself out 4/5 times per day with my dog so would be the exact same to look after another doggy :) There is no escape as we’re in a flat so no safety concerns in that sense this also encourages me even more to make sure once my doggy has chilled for a couple hours we’re back outside playing again as there isn’t a garden.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a long time as I’ve always had a family dog or my friends dogs! I love being around them and walking them. Certainly older dogs as I believe they need a certain kind of care! From new little puppies or big senior dogs, I can look after all! I currently work in the NHS full time and love it. With my time I have off I spend most of it cleaning and cooking or with my fiancé and daughter chilling. I will have the weekend off and I’d love to share the weekend with some furry friends! I could also walk your doggy after work some days - if that is needed. I will make sure that they get all of the love and attention they need. Of course sticking to the schedule of walks or keeping within the routine of eating will be the same and top priority also. About: For many years I couldn't have a dog of my own and would jump at any chance I could to spend time with and care for those of friends and family. I finally got my own dog, a Staffordshire bull terrier called Leon, whilst living in Australia - my best friend for many years and a truly special soul. I now have another young staffy, Mars, who is keeping me on my toes! We've worked really hard on his training and have both learnt a lot. So I have lots of experience with dogs throughout my life & adore all my pets I have including my pony & have lots of love & experience to give to your fur babies also . I have experience in administering medication to animals if need and I am aware of basic first aid to animals as I worked at Brookgreen vets for 5 years. I have a nice size house with a secure enclosed garden and plenty of room for dogs to roam and feel at home. I have my own transportation in case of emergencies and for walking purposes and the car is equip for dogs & freely available drinking water on each walk & tennis balls ! I have my own dogs but I have to space to separate them where needed. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and a variety of other animals from a young age. I am not able to have my own pet currently but frequently look after friends and families pets whilst they are busy or away. I am active so willing to go on long walks as well as bathing if needed, I will keep to feeding schedules and follow owners wishes when looking after their pets. About: I have had dogs in the family since I was a child! We have one labrador called Lula and are about to embark on another journey with a second pup! I can offer any walks that your dogs require, whether that be 20 minutes round the block for a sniffari or an hour over a forest. Whatever your dog needs, I will do it! I am currently trying to start up my own dog walking buisness and therefore not in any other form of employment. I am free 7 days a week for those who need me. For now it will be just walking your dogs that I will do, as our home is not set up for a day care type facility. About: I have had pets all throughout my life growing up. I have owned dogs for over 19 years and am used to looking after pets - mainly dogs, but also chickens, horses and cats. I currently work part-time and in a role where I can be mainly based at home. I live in an old house surrounded by lovely gardens and three acres of fields. I am close to many country walks and St Mary’s Bay beach is only 10 minutes drive from me. All dogs, like us humans, are different. Some prefer to be left in peace and quiet and others like company, some are very energetic and others are less so. How I care for your dog is entirely dependent on their preferences. And I have enough space in my home for them to roam quite freely and the great outdoors with fenced fields are merely seconds from our back door. I have enough space in my home to have 3 extra dogs with their own room.

“It was Stephens 1st time having a rottweiler and although initially nervous he did a lot of research into the breed ready for the first overnight. Ronnie is not quite 2 years old and was unsure about what was happening, he didn't really settle as well as I would have hoped. He came back the next day and slept until the evening, he was absolutely shattered. I am not sure Stephen could have done anymore to settle him, it just wasn't a match. I think Ronnie would be better off being looked after in his own home or by people/family he knows well.”
