Pets are welcome on the furniture here! I have an unfenced garden but I understand security is the most important element. I’ll ensure your pet is able to get outside for walks or the bathroom whenever they need. And if they don’t show signs I’ll be observant and ensure they can be outside as frequently as required.

“First of all I would like to thank Paul for looking after hondo with no notice he is a star. we had a wedding to attend and the family members let us down with a few days warning but we contacted several other dog boarding services only to be left disappointed. I gave up the search thinking we had wasted money on a hotel as it would require overnight stay to enjoy the wedding in stead of rushing home or me or the wife would have to dress straws to see who was going so I decided to give it another go online and that when I came across the rover app which had saved the day. The put me in touch with Paul and he has been brilliant. I would recommend him to all my family and friends without any hesitation. Hondo took to him instantly and made himself at home as soon as we dropped him off.Paul has a great personality and he loves his role looking after dogs which we could see when he met Hondo.we will always be grateful to him for helping us in an emergency and I do appreciate his willingness to help us out with such short notice he is a star and as for Hondo a think he would agree. “This was our first time using rover and needed someone last minute due to family circumstances. I can't thank Steph and Struan enough for taking amazing care of our boy Hank for the short notice that they met us. I messaged Steph with information on our boy Hank and explained the situation. We arranged to meet couple of days later for Steph and Struan to meet Hank. Hank settled very quickly at their home and had roll about the carpet, he was very happy to speak to them both. We left Hank with Steph and Struan for 9 nights, we had daily updates and pictures which kept our minds at rest and seen he was looked after with lots of love, care and attention ❤️ They were very accommodating for his care needs and the medication he needed on a daily basis. Hank loved cuddling up with Steph on her new computer chair and with Struan on couch. Seeing Hank so settled was very comforting for us and would highly recommend Steph again xx”

About: I gained a deep love for dogs by growing up with them and learning the responsibility of pet ownership. I've loved taking care of them, learning how to train them and observing their behaviours. I'm an advocate on positive re-enforcement as a form of training, giving dogs lots of attention but also being aware when dogs need space/rest. I also love the affection and play that can come from dogs. The two dogs in my profile are Pepper (Black Spaniel) and Milo (The handsome springer) they belong to close friends and family. I help look after these two regularly overnight or for a number of days with Daily walks and regular toilet breaks. I tend to be working from home around 8am - 4pm. When looking after dogs this means I can easily pop out for bathroom breaks and I tend to spare 30mins in the day for a short walk in the park nearby. I like the company and like giving them attention between times of focus. I'm not meeting heavy so get up from my desk often. I make sure they have a comfortable save space to be in. Not too close to windows or disturbances so they can rest. Nothing is left out that they might try and chew or play with. Between periods of work I'll play and check in on them, making sure they have fresh water.

About: I have never known a life without cats, having grown up with at least one feline companion in my home from the day I was born. When I moved into my own place at 24, it took less than a month before I rescued a kitten from Cats Protection, as the house simply did not feel like home without a four-legged friend padding about. Friends would be hard pressed to describe me without mentioning cats in some way. They have always been a huge part of my life, from caring for my own to feeding stray cats on holiday and taking far too many photos along the way. I have a genuine affinity for the independent, affectionate little characters and take real joy in understanding their individual personalities and routines. I set up my cat-sitting profile at the end of April 2026 as a way to earn some extra income whilst saving for my wedding in 2028, and I cannot think of a better way to do that than my caring for local cats. “This was our first time using rover and needed someone last minute due to family circumstances. I can't thank Steph and Struan enough for taking amazing care of our boy Hank for the short notice that they met us. I messaged Steph with information on our boy Hank and explained the situation. We arranged to meet couple of days later for Steph and Struan to meet Hank. Hank settled very quickly at their home and had roll about the carpet, he was very happy to speak to them both. We left Hank with Steph and Struan for 9 nights, we had daily updates and pictures which kept our minds at rest and seen he was looked after with lots of love, care and attention ❤️ They were very accommodating for his care needs and the medication he needed on a daily basis. Hank loved cuddling up with Steph on her new computer chair and with Struan on couch. Seeing Hank so settled was very comforting for us and would highly recommend Steph again xx”

About: I sadly lost my Rottweiler last year & still find it’s too soon to get another dog but have been dog sitting friends & familys pooches. I know owners will be nervous leaving your pooch but your dog will have my full attention as am at home all day so happy to go on little walks to adventures to simply play time in the garden or snuggles on the couch every dog is different I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family members, I treat every pet like it’s my own — with kindness, respect, and lots of snuggles. “We had never used this kid of service before and wanted an alternative to a kennel for our 8hr old Westie-Bichon cross. Jenny put us at ease from the very first point of contact. She met us promptly and filled us with confidence at the point of handover. Our pooch settled right in and we could see from the photos from his walks, his sleeps and his belly rubs that he was totally comfortable with Jenny. About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs since I was 7 years old, so looking after dogs has always been a big part of my life. I genuinely love spending time with them and making sure they feel happy, safe and comfortable. I also have experience caring for dogs professionally in a work setting as I have been responsible for leading dog walking activities for children and families. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels and needs, and I understand that every dog has their own routine and preferences. Whether your dog loves long walks and playing, or prefers plenty of cuddles and relaxing at home, I’m happy to give them the attention and care they need. I don’t currently have any pets living in my home, so your dog can have my full attention without having to share the space with another resident pet. I’ll always follow your instructions and your dog’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, medication if required, and any other individual needs. I live with my fiancé who adores dogs as much as I do and is excited to meet and welcome dogs into our home. When caring for a pet in their own home, I’ll treat their space with the same respect as I would my own and make sure they feel safe, settled and comfortable. About: I have had dogs of different breeds all my life - all the way from puppy to senior! Currently have a 5 year old Labradoodle that's full of fun and energy and would be a happy companion for walks and play! I also have a 3 year old goldendoodle. Of course happy to walk separately if your dog is more of a human lover! I am available for dog walking, drop-in visits and daycare at various times. Available at weekends. I currently work as a nurse and have 2 dogs of my own so have time to look after your pup too! My energetic pups will be happy to have a friend at home if they are around! There are plenty of parks nearby for long walks.
