About: I have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. With a strong background in animal health and wellbeing, I’m confident in administering medications, monitoring behavior, and providing attentive, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s individual needs. Your pets will be treated like family—kept safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work Monday-Friday and am available on weekends, mornings and evenings during the week and can stay overnight in your home. I’m happy to walk dogs if we can discuss timings in advance around my current responsibilities. I don’t bring cats or dogs into my home as I have my own pets but happy to look after small animals in my home. Im happy to stay at your home.

About: I have many years of experience caring for and walking dogs, including owning Jack Russells for a long time. I’m confident handling energetic dogs, understand the importance of exercise and routine, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Pet care fits easily around my schedule as I work weekdays from 10am to 2pm, meaning I’m available for morning walks, afternoon visits, and flexible bookings outside these hours, including evenings and weekends. In my home, pets are cared for in a safe and calm environment with a fully fenced garden for secure outdoor time. I currently have an older Jack Russell who is very chilled and used to being around other dogs, helping create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for any pets staying or visiting.

About: I have been caring for pets for 20+ years, including my own dog and looking after neighbours' and friends' dogs. I have experience with various breeds such as Chow Chows, Labradors, Jack Russell Terriers, Border Terriers, Cocker Spaniels, Dachshunds, English Bulldogs, Shih Tzu mixes, and Romanian rescues. I have trained my own puppy and am comfortable administering medication. I can handle multiple pets and have dealt with challenging behaviours, including helping my reactive rescue dog overcome her fears. While I don't have specific experience with special needs pets, my adaptability as a teacher allows me to provide excellent care. I can provide references from previous pet owners I have cared for. I have recently returned to work as a full-time teacher at a school in Girton. Therefore, I will not be at home during the day. However, I am still offering sitting services in the evenings and on weekends. Additionally, if you are comfortable with it, I am happy to have your pet stay at my house during the day. During the school holidays I will be able to stay at yours or have your pet at mine, where I will be at home during the day. During term time, you live somewhere with easy access to Girton, I am happy to house sit then too. I work full time, leaving for work at 7am but I do have a bit of time in the mornings. I also finish at 4pm so I also have time after work during the week. My weekends are quite free so I’d be more than happy to help out then, too! Additionally, I am more than happy to look after your furry friends during the school holidays. I ensure that the home is pet-proofed and secure, minimising any potential hazards. I follow the owner's instructions regarding feeding, exercise, and medication, maintaining their routine as closely as possible. I provide plenty of love, attention, and playtime to keep the pets happy and engaged. Additionally, I maintain open communication with the pet owner, providing regular updates and photos to give them peace of mind. We have a wonderful large garden which is secure as well as plenty of fantastic walking routes from our front door!

About: Having grown up with dogs and small animals, I am very capable of caring for them and dealing with complex behaviours. When I started dog sitting in my teens I was looking after friends and family’s pets. Since then I have accrued a great deal of experience working with new people and their pets. I am very adaptable! As a recent university graduate I am currently working as a barista during my gap year. I regularly have free evenings and with enough notice I can be available for an entire weekend/weekday day. I am anticipating a lot of availability from July onwards this summer. For more independent pets, I am able to visit between shifts and stay overnight and require minimal advanced notice. I am a very vigilant person so I am always hyper-aware of your pet’s wellbeing and whereabouts. My experience with dogs has lead me to develop fast reaction times to situations such as a dog eating something that’s not allowed.

About: I love animals (but everyone on here says that don't they!) I also have real hands-on experience dealing with rescue dogs that had a bad start so maybe a little 'minxy' in their behaviours. I had a dog as a kid and have one now with a myriad of 'quirky' behaviors. I've taken online courses in Dog Behaviours and Zoopharmacognosy (self-medication in the animal kingdom) so you know I have an avid interest in the general well-being of all animals. I will be available for daytime sits in your home, drop ins and evening sits from August. I can work from home three days a week so am happy for short mid week sits as well as long as you have a good wifi/internet signal! I have a fenced garden and 1 dog, I will care for your pet however you instruct me to but have experience crating and making up games as and when needed. I can also assist with basic puppy training and have dog reactivity experience.

About: I have taken care of a variety of pets including dogs, my own dogs Blake and Charlie and family dogs, as well as cats and guinea pigs. I have experience in handling reactive dogs and dogs that wear muzzles. I also have experience with blind dogs. I have also earned the New Skills Academy Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Diploma and Pet First Aid Certificate, Dog Grooming Diploma, Pet Nutrition Diploma, Pet Psychology Diploma, Canine Communication Diploma which are all CPD Certified. I can provide drop-in, walk and house-sitting Friday evening through Sunday and house-sit at weekends and will make weekday availability and boarding available on my calendar when I can. I am generally available weekdays from 5:30 for pop-ins and walks. See calendar or message for availability. I have a securely fenced back garden and stairgates in my home so your pets will be secure. Should your dog require crating I have space for crates and beds of all size so your best friend will always have a home from home environment.

About: I've grown up with dogs and been around dogs for almost all of my life. Until recently owned a 12 year old cocker spaniel called Tigger. I'm a keen Cani Cross Runner and Tigger was a great running dog, he absolute loved it, so I'm trying to help more dogs be active. A healthy active dog is a dog that will have a longer healthy life and a lot of dogs don't get the exercise they need. I'd love to help change that. 😊 I'm available almost all the time when I'm not travelling and happy to work around your schedule with enough notice. Let's have a chat about your needs. If you would like me to try running with your dog the following apllies: I would need to take your dog out for a walk or two first to learn about their habits and needs. Then if they've not tried Cani Cross before we would need to take it slowly as there's a lot to learn for both me and your dog about how we run together. About: I have had dogs my entire life as my mother used to breed as I got older I used to help her. I have always owned a dog since the age of 13 and I am very confident around big dogs as well as being comfortable looking after puppies. I have experience with my own dogs in their senior years, administering medicine and also have trained my own puppies. I have children who go to school so am free most days to sit, check in or walk your dog/pets. I am available at the weekends but this may not be until after lunchtime. I can care for your pets in your home or take dogs out for walks. I do have my own dog and cat and am not currently offering to look after your pets at my own home at the moment, if this is something you are interested in I would first need to get to know your dog.

I am good at training and I am patient. I go to school and can look after your pets before and after I go to school. On the weekend, I am available most of the 2 days. About: Hi! I'm Anna :-) All round animal lover and canine fanatic! I have been around animals for as long as I can remember and got my first job working with animals at the ages of 14. Since then, I have worked as a falconer, animal trainer, natural history researcher and I currently work as a vets assistant where I handle dogs of all sizes and personalities on a daily basis. I have a first class BSc in animal behaviour and an MSc in animal behaviour, as well as being up to date on modern, force free dog training techniques. I am competent in handling nervous and anti- social dogs and feel confident in providing dog first aid. I have a full, clean driving licence. I work 4 days a week at a veterinary clinic but I am free most weekends and Friday's/ Tuesdays and love nothing more than going for long walks with my dogs. I have four dogs, three of which come to work with me and I have a lovely dogwalker who looks after my other dog when I am not there as he struggles to be in the busy environment in my work place. I have a secure, fenced garden and do not tend to leave dogs alone when I am being paid to look after them. I pride myself on keeping a nice, clean house with pleny of beds and water down so dogs do not compete for resources. No toys, food or treats are left down when I have client's dogs in the house to avoid any tension between animals in the house. I have no problem in giving your dogs daily medication should they need it. I do not let client's dogs off the lead until I have met them a few times and only with owners permission.
