Jen works from home and can take care of your pet throughout the day, so that your pet is never left alone. We love going on lots of walks and adventures at the weekend. We have experience taking care of animals from a range of backgrounds and with differing needs, including rescue dogs, puppies, or animals with anxiety. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life - from Border Collies, German Shepherds and Jack Russels to rescue Heinz’s 57s. We’re an active household where dogs come first, we enjoy daily walks/runs and lots of play time. My current bestie, Fly, has a lifelong medical condition so I’m comfortable managing regular medication etc. She’s a Border Collie and enrichment is an important part of her day, including regular training. I work from home, I work downstairs near to my dog. We go for a 45 minute walk/run at lunch time and have short play breaks throughout the day. We’re an active household and like to be outdoors as much as we can. We have several walks near to our house. I have a secure fenced garden and there is a dedicated dog-room (heated conservatory) just off the kitchen which has direct access to the garden. The door to the garden is open whenever the weather allows it! The dog-room has a sofa, dog bed, water and toys. In the warmer weather there’s plenty of shade in the garden, dog friendly water toys and the kitchen is very cool for the dogs. I do have a dog crate if your pet prefers it. My dog Fly likes to take her time to get to know new friends, but isn’t possessive of her space, toys or food. We have at least one 45 minute walk during the day with off lead time (if suitable for your pet). I take regular half days/early finishes from work and use these for longer walks or days out with my dog - your pet can come on adventures too (see pictures for the types of places we go). I sometimes work away with plenty of notice. I have a primary aged son, he’s at school 8.45-5.30. He’s used to dogs and gives them the space they need.

About: I got my first dog when I was 20 after unsuccessfully asking for a dog for Christmas every year for about 16 years straight. He, and his brother, are my best friends. I love adventuring outdoors and being surrounded by animals makes that even better. The most important thing for me in caring for animals is to be respectful and patient, and ensuring they have everything they need. My youngest dog is nervous and, as a result, can be quite a handful. This has lead me to research dog psychology and gain a decent understanding of animal behaviour. I work full-time on a hybrid basis. When I am not working, I am always desperate to get out for walks and spend time with animals. I generally take my dogs on a long walk once a day but I am able to be flexible in terms of exercise requirements. My dogs get other mental stimulation daily in the house/garden, including being scatter-fed, playing with toys and chews, and training obedience. The safety and happiness of animals in my care is my priority. I will always be considerate of instructions you give me as you know your pet best, and I will be sure to communicate to make sure everyone is as happy as can be. Happy to travel to your property to either walk or stay with your pets. I am fully insured and have a lot of animal experience.

I am fully trained in Canine First Aid. This means I’m prepared to recognize and react to emergencies, manage minor injuries on the trail, and ensure your dog returns home safe and sound every single time. I am a professional dog walker, with plenty availability to care for your furry friends. I’m available weekdays 8:30am-5pm, and select availability at weekends. I provide safe and stimulating walks ensuring your dog comes home happy and ready for a nap! I also offer home visits for puppies and senior dogs who aren’t up for long walks. I am canine first aid trained.
About: I’m very active and love walking. My fiance is also on rover so it’s something we both enjoy doing. My Dalmatian is a big softy and has never had any issues with any dogs or cats. As long as they are friendly with her she would always enjoy a play mate. One of us are always in the house and we are happy to cater for any special requests. We can assist with any training requirements. I can do hybrid working when required. I don’t work weekends at all. My fiance is also at home during the day so there is always somebody in the house. Callie gets a minimum of 2 walks a day. Happy to cater for any special requests I have a fenced garden and a backyard. I’ve got a very friendly Dalmatian that loves play dates. Jen works from home and can take care of your pet throughout the day, so that your pet is never left alone. We love going on lots of walks and adventures at the weekend. “Biscuit's initial stay was a trial run for when he's left longer. Liam, Hannah and Beau were absolutely brilliant with our little Biscuit. We had some nerves with Biscuit being newly rehomed to us and still just finding himself, but we needn't have, within 15 minutes of leaving we had a photo of Biscuit cuddled up to Hannah. We had plenty of updates and nothing was a bother when we messaged Liam, even when we forgot to send Biscuit's rain jacket and towel. We have no worries about leaving him with Liam, Hannah and Beau again in a few weeks :)”

About: Hi im Angela Im a reliable and caring animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals , I will make sure your pet is comfortable and well looked after in my home. I often look after my friends and family's dog whenever they need me, i live around lots of fields , so there is plenty of places to walk and explore to exercise your dog. If your dog is boarding i will make sure im in contact with you, just to make sure that your dog is settled in my home and well looked after. Unfortunately my dogs have passed away,i owned 2 Labradors and a beagle, i have no children at home just myself and husband. Im available all weekdays to board or just daily sitting, & the odd weekends when im at home, i would take maximum of 2 dogs at a time. I have Secure gardens front and back, so you know the dogs will be safe, your dog will be played with in my garden and i have lots of balls/ toys/ they will be entertained with.

“We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in greece and we're very nervous about leaving our dogs but leaving them with maxine and her family was the best decision. Maxine was terrific she sent photos and videos everyday making our holiday more enjoyable knowing that our fur babies were getting well taken care of. Maxine looked after Heidi and benji as if they were her own we couldn't of asked for a better sitter we think she is amazing and carnt thank her enough. Maxine took the dogs for a few walks leading up to our holiday which was really good to make them feel settled she showed them love and welcomed them into her family. Thankyou so much we will most definitely be asking her to look after them again and will be recommending her 100 percent to family and friends”
About: I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs near enough all my life, whether that’s for friends, family or colleagues and dogs ranging from working cockers and springers to Irish terriers to German Shepherds, puppies too. I’m an active person with fields and walks a stones throw, also a fenced back garden and no other pets. Any needs for your dog I’m happy to discuss and accommodate as best as I can. I’m currently full time, however some days working from home and when I’m not I only work 10 minutes from home so can regularly pop in if I’m not already at home. Dogs have free roam to the ground floor of my house and fenced garden. Preferably dogs crate trained, however happy to accommodate if not. But dogs are not allowed upstairs so they will need to be happy sleeping by themselves downstairs if boarding.

About: I have been around pets all my life! I am a registered complex needs carer who currently works in the care sector, but I would like to care for animals fulltime as I do enjoy walking especially with dogs! I have a caring nature and I like to be physically active in all weathers! I have owned dogs, cats throughout my life. My current work allows me to select my own working schedule and therefore im in charge of my own time management. I would like to pet sit fulltime. Although I live on a busy road im fortunate to have a good sized garden which is completely walled. My home is secure and a good size. I live alone and I'm a non smoker and enjoy the company of animals. I have experience with reactive dogs and understand the needs of anxious dogs. I have experience of caring for adults in their own home and im cleaning and tidy and respectful of people's own homes. I have looked after friends dogs while they go on holiday. I'm happy to adapt walks to suit the needs of the pet - long hikes, medium walks or quick walkies! I can drive in my estate car to secure locations, hire a dog field or just walk locally. I live in a lovely town and have access to beautiful countryside on my doorstep. I understand owners can have particular routines for their pets and im more than happy to keep to routines.
About: I’ve always had dogs when growing up, 4 and 5 at a time, working and none working dogs which I loved to walk and train. I enjoy the outdoors and spend most of my free time walking and enjoying nature. My availability will mostly be weekends and school holidays as I work term time. However, I live a few minutes away from my place of work, and provided pet is not anxious or happy to be left for periods of time (no more than 3 hours), I am happy to consider during the week care to help owners if needed. All dogs will receive a minimum of three good walks a day and anything else that is needed. I live in an area which has access to lots of walks, long and short. As well as plenty of walks including beaches and trails just a car journey away if pet is ok to travel. I have a fenced garden, safe for dogs of all sizes. Your pet will be treated like a family member, lots of walks, kisses and cuddles, a place on the sofa and a bed to sleep in.
