“Thankyou Alana for looking after Boo so well Alana gave me regular updates and went over and above to make Boos holiday as enjoyable as my own Boo enjoyed her stay with you and I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to others”

“Nicola was so welcoming! She arranged to meet us before we confirmed if we were comfortable booking with her, where she allowed us into her home with our a dog so we could see the space for ourselves. She was so kind and caring for our dog who was only staying away from us for the 2nd time. She sent constant photos of him being happy during his stay and even went out of her way to take him to the river. We couldn't recommend her enough and she will always be an option for us going forward if we are ever in need of a sitter again. Thank you Nicola for making our Arnie feel at home”

“My dog had the best time with Amanda she sent me photos and messages daily to keep me Informed of how he was settling in. She provided a great safe fun and secure space I would 100% recommend her.”

“Our two dogs settled really quickly in Kate's home. It was the first time we'd left them anywhere overnight and we felt happy and relaxed that they were in good, safe, caring hands. Would definitely recommend 🩷🩷”

About: I have grown up with a household full all animals ranging from insects, rodents, cats and dogs. I have looked after and walked dogs since I was 15, and have owned dogs for the last 13 years. I have always had a passion for animals and hold an honors degree in animal behaviour. I have always rescued dogs (greyhounds) and take on the older ones with behavioural or health challenges. I have a lot of experience with older dogs and dogs that come with additional care requirements. I have completed dog first aid, cared for dogs with severe injuries and health issues ranging from dog attacks to advanced cancers, organ failure and spinal issues. I am very experienced in administering medications for unwell animals and a dab hand with vet-wrap for those clumsier pups (side effect of owning sighthounds). I work full time, however I will be taking your dogs into work with me where it is a dog friendly environment. They will receive 24hr care. There are fields and woodlands nearby for walks. I will tailor my care for you pets. I have a good size house with a fully fenced garden. The fence is 6ft so they will be secure. Your pets will be able to roam free, however I do have a crate for any animals that prefer to sleep in them or younger ones that might need time outs to continue crate training.
“Jennifer is lovely! Highly recommend! I booked the wrong night & she responded immediately upon me realising my mistake (right before I was about to drop him off!) saying not to worry & she’d be able to have my dog Teddy on the day/ night I needed. She sent lots of pics & updates, and I collected a very happy pup! Thank you!”

“Lindsay was a fabulous dogsitter. Widget was happy there and ate all of her food, which is unusual for her at a different home! Lindsay sent me messages letting me know that she was ok while I was away, which was a real comfort. Her own dogs are adorable and the house and garden are secure. Lindsay is approachable and passionate about dogs.”

“Batman had a lovely stay with Jack, Abby and Callie! They had great communication and always sent me photos/videos of Bats enjoying his time with them. He was pretty comfortable right away and got along with Callie quickly. Would recommend and will be reaching out to Jack again!”

“Elizabeth looked after my 2 year old dachshund over night & he absolutely loved it. They are great sitters and looked after him quite short notice. I was updated on how he was doing with a photo and he had a blast playing with Bailey! Would recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a great pet sitter to leave your fur baby with! x”

About: I've always loved dogs and rescued my own dog in Spain over 2 years ago. I have first-hand experience of building trust, patience and creating a safe, loving environment. As a primary school teacher, a nurturing approach to little personalities comes naturally to me. 🐾 Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. I'll care for your dog as if they were my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages, so you can relax knowing they're in safe and loving hands. 🫶🏽🐾 📅I have availability for dog walking in the evenings and at weekends. I will always do my best to align my availability to your schedule.🐾 🏡 I can offer drop-ins tailored to you to check in on your fur baby while you are away, making sure they are safe and happy. 🕐30 minute walks can be on 1:1 basis, or if you prefer your dog to have some socialisation and play time, my own friendly dog can join us. 🐕🦺 These walks can take place in your local area, nearby woodlands or nearby parks. 🕐For 60-minute walks, and with your permission, your dog will join me on suitable fun-filled adventures further afield🚗. Please note that my own friendly, well-socialised dog will always accompany 60 minute walks, so this option is best suited to dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs. 🐕🦺🦮 🏡Your dog can board in my home at weekends. They will be treated as part of the family. My own dog is friendly and very energetic/playful. He is willing to share his home with other loving dogs. When dogs stay with me, you can count on an adventure - hiking, forest walks, trips to the beach etc.🌳🌊 I also have a fenced, medium-sized garden, so the dogs will get plenty of opportunities for toilet breaks and outdoor play throughout the day. Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always come first. I have an enhanced DBS check through my role in education, so you can feel confident welcoming me into your home. I'll follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and stick to your dog's usual routine.
“We’ve had a fantastic experience with Emily. She looked after our Olde Tyme Bulldog while we were away and it gave us real peace of mind. We especially appreciated the regular updates and photos she sent through, it was lovely to see how happy our dog was in her care. Communication was excellent throughout, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and attentive dog sitter. We’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Our dog Ralph’s first overnight stay at a dog sitter was yesterday with Abby, Jack & Callie. He had the best time, we were nervous with it being his first time away from us but Abby put us at ease sending lots of videos and photos throughout his stay. He had a blast playing with Callie and all the toys. Abigail took Ralph on lots of long walks & adventures, sticking to our schedule and routine for Ralph with walks & feeding times. Ralph had the best time. I would recommend Abigail’s dog sitting services to anyone! Will be booking in again. 🐶”

“Becky was absolutely fabulous! She came round to see my 2 cats before I went away. While I was away, every morning without fail I got a message from her telling me how the cats are, and always sending me pictures and videos, which I loved. Will definitely be asking Becky in the future for all my cat sit needs ♥️”

About: Absolutely — for Rover, I’d make it professional but still personal, so owners feel you’re trustworthy and genuinely experienced with cats: I have been around and caring for cats since childhood and have developed a genuine understanding of their needs, routines and individual personalities. I am a proud cat mum to two two-year-old boys and am confident with feeding, maintaining litter trays, playtime, grooming, providing companionship and keeping cats comfortable in their own homes. I am patient, responsible and attentive, and I always prioritise each cat’s wellbeing and routine. I’m also happy to provide regular photo and video updates to give owners peace of mind while they are away.

“So glad I discovered Kelly. My cat, Barry, and I instantly bonded with her. I got some lovely and amusing updates, with some great photos. I think Barry took a real shine to her & was subsequently quite disappointed to see me walk through the door upon my return. Kelly was happy to stay over her allotted time to make sure Barry had everything he needed. Communication has been great. Really happy with the service provided. I have already rebooked Kelly & have no issues in using her again if required in the future…..I know Barry will be delighted 😀”

He works with dogs, cats and exotic pets. We have both always grown up with cats and now both work with cats on a daily basis. “I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after Coco for the weekend! She was so caring, reliable and attentive, and kept me updated throughout, which gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treated Coco as if she were her own. I came home to a happy, settled and well-looked-after cat. I’d happily trust her with Coco again and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring and trustworthy! ❤️”

“Ruth was brilliant and looked after our cat Lumi whilst we were away. As soon as I met Ruth I was put at ease. Lovely updates as well. Respectful, reliable and kind. We definitely will be using Ruth again in the future. Really pleased to have found a fantastic cat sitter in the area. Thanks again!”

About: Whilst this isn’t a service the app specifies, I am able to take your cat on walks if that is part of their routine! My cat Farmerboi was an inside cat who loved his walks, so I’m happy to offer this service alongside the usual feeding, litter changing, playing etc. I grew up with cats my entire life, in both city, town and countryside environments. I love cats, and am experienced with taking care of cats of all ages. I have pet sat for both cats, dogs, tortoises and other animals before, so I have paid experience alongside growing up with pets. I’ve lived with seven different cats in my life, and each one has been a unique personality! I have learnt to gauge cats boundaries/ personalities from this experience, and know when to give space, play or chill with different cats. I’m also used to the slightly more gross side of things- part of my morning routine before school was picking up freshly killed mice for about a decade! I have a cat of my own, who is quite anxious, and have grown up with anxious cats before, so I try to give any extra care I can to ease stress, as I know that stress can cause serious health issues with cats. I’m willing to put the work into getting to know your cat, as even nervous kitties need company, and a consistent face helps both the owner and the cat avoid worry. I work from home as a comic artist/ illustrator, so my routine is quite flexible. Hey, if I stay at yours you may even end up with a little doodle of your furry friend!

About: I've been around animals for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to many other small and larger animals. Growing up surrounded by animals has given me the confidence to understand their individual personalities and needs. I currently have a dog, Rory, and two cats, Amber and Alfie, who are much-loved members of my family. When I was younger, I worked as a dog grooming assistant, where I gained valuable hands-on experience handling dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. This helped me develop patience, confidence, and an understanding of how to keep pets calm and comfortable. I also regularly look after friends' and family's dogs, whether it's for walks, day care, or overnight stays. I'm naturally caring, reliable, and flexible, and I always treat every pet as if they were my own. My priority is making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away, giving you complete peace of mind.

“Carly was a great cat-sitter, really attentive and proactive from the start. We really appreciated the daily updates and also how clean & tidy the house was when we got back. Would 100% recommend and will be booking Carly again.”

About: Hi! My names Emily, and I’m currently a dog trainer looking to work with more types and temperaments of dogs. I have two years of formal training experience, as well as lifetime experience caring for my own dogs. Whether you need someone to walk your dog, someone to give guidance around training, or someone who knows how to provide appropriate and stimulating enrichment for your dog - I’m sure I’ll be a great choice to meet you and your dog’s needs! I am currently in a period of unemployment between leaving my former job and starting my new one, so I am pretty much flexible - aside from when I have my own (senior) puppy out on his walks! I have a UK driving license and so can get to your home easily and without fuss. I am an APDT registered ATI, so I have qualifications proving that I can and will put your dog’s best interests at heart. I will follow whatever guidelines you would like in place to make things as easy as possible for your dog to assimilate, but I do require a short meeting with yourself and the dog first to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible.

“Iryna did a wonderful job taking care of my rescue cat Ajwa. She gave me updates and sent pictures from her visits each day that I was away so I could feel comfortable that he was being taken care of. Would definitely recommend .🥰”

“Rosie looked after my two cats while I was away for two weeks. I received daily photos and updates which was really reassuring! She was kind and professional from the start and I felt at ease knowing they were being cared for by Rosie. Highly recommended!”

“Guste has been amazing. I went with the right person to check in on my two cats when I went away. She is very friendly, followed instructions perfectly, she went above and beyond and even hoovered and cleaned up more than I would ever ask her to. My painfully shy cat let Guste stroke her, she normally hides and only comes out after a sitter has left. Guste’s reports were lovely and detailed. I felt reassured that my girls have been well looked after. I could not recommend highly enough, I will happily book her again. Thank you so much!!”

About: I have loved and cared for dogs my entire life and have grown up in a dog loving home. My family has a French Bulldog who is now 12 years old, and I have been closely involved in his care throughout his life from a little pup all the way to a senior dog. I regularly look after him when my family are away, ensuring his daily routines are maintained and that he feels comfortable and well cared for. In addition to this, I frequently care for other family pets while they are on holiday, providing walking, feeding, and general day to day care. I am attentive, patient, and reliable, and I understand how important it is for owners to feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and cared for as they would be at home. I am available for dog boarding, doggy daycare, dog walking and drop in visits on weekends. I can organise longer stays/visits upon request. For clients that choose dog boarding/dog sitting, I live with my partner who will also be in the house as he works at home full time. I provide a calm, safe, and attentive environment both in my home and in a pet owner’s home. In my home, dogs have plenty of room to relax and I also have a large, fully fenced garden where they can safely play and get fresh air. Outside of my home, I have access to lots of green spaces, which allows me to take dogs on regular walks in quiet surroundings. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I follow all instructions carefully to maintain their normal routines, including feeding, walking and any specific care needs.
“Yana has provided doggie day care for Henry for two days recently. She provided lots of photos and info about her care for him, walks, meals etc. When I collected him on the first day he was contented and happy and it was clear he was excited to go back again the following day. I can highly recommend Yana. Making arrangements for the care was easy and she provided excellent care for Henry.”

About: 🐾 A Home Away From Home for Your Best Friend! 🐾 Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of every age, breed, and personality. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, so I understand that every pup is unique and deserves plenty of love, patience, and individual attention. From energetic puppies learning the ropes to gentle senior dogs needing a little extra care, I'm experienced with it all. I've helped with puppy training, supported older dogs with arthritis and mobility issues, and cared for every stage in between. Whether your dog is full of zoomies or prefers a slower pace, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy during their stay. I've looked after dogs of all shapes and sizes—from tiny Jack Russells right up to gentle giants like Dogues de Bordeaux—so no matter how big or small your four-legged family member is, they'll be welcomed with open arms. Your dog will have plenty of room to make themselves at home in our spacious house, with lots of cosy spots to relax, nap, or simply potter about. We're also surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it the perfect place for exciting adventures, leisurely strolls, and plenty of sniff-filled walkies. Sharing our home is our lovely spayed female Golden Retriever, who absolutely adores other dogs. She's friendly, gentle, and always happy to make new friends—whether that's a game of chase in the garden or simply lounging together after a long walk. I know how important it is to leave your dog with someone you trust, and I'll care for them as if they were one of my own. Whether they're staying for a day, a weekend, or a longer holiday, you can relax knowing they'll receive lots of love, attention, playtime, cuddles (if they enjoy them!), and updates so you can see what they've been getting up to. My schedule already revolves around my own Golden Retriever, meaning your dog will always have company, attention, and plenty of opportunities for exercise and relaxation throughout the day. Our mornings start with breakfast (our Goldie would never let us forget it!), followed by a long walk through the beautiful nearby woods and countryside. If anyone comes home a little muddy after their adventure, they're more than welcome to enjoy a quick rinse before settling in. While I work, the dogs can relax wherever they're most comfortable, with free access to our spacious, secure garden whenever they fancy a sniff or a potter outside. I take regular breaks throughout the day for playtime, cuddles, toilet breaks, and, of course, the occasional well-earned treat! In the afternoon, we head out for another walk before winding down for the evening. Whether your dog loves exploring, playing, snoozing, or simply being close to people, they'll enjoy a relaxed, home-from-home environment with lots of love, attention, and companionship. Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. We have a large, fully secure garden with high fencing, giving dogs plenty of space to run, play, explore, or simply relax in the fresh air whenever they like. Whether your dog is playful and energetic or prefers a peaceful snooze after a walk, they'll have plenty of space to feel safe, loved, and right at home.
“As this was willows first time away from myself I was quite nervous on how she would be however Ella-Marie was fantastic, kept me updated throughout and willow was a really happy pooch 10/10 and will definitely be using Ella’s services again!”

“Amy was absolutely amazing with our 8-month-old Golden Retriever, Albert! I reached out only a few days before we needed daycare, and Amy replied immediately and was happy to help. Since I wasn’t sure how Albert would react to new people and other dogs, we even arranged a quick meet-and-greet beforehand, which made me feel really comfortable and reassured. Amy was reliable, flexible, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. She kept me updated during the day with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. Even though Albert is still a puppy and not fully trained yet, she was very patient and welcoming. Her dog Jasper is lovely as well, and the two dogs got along perfectly. It was also really nice to see how much care and attention Albert received during his stay — Amy even took him on a long walk, which he clearly enjoyed a lot. Amy is super friendly, open, and genuinely caring. I would trust her with Albert again anytime and will definitely book with her again.”

“Ava has been fantastic with our Charlie, making him feel at home and settled very quickly. He came home happy which is a sign he enjoyed himself and we hope to use Ava long term! Thank you Ava!”

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have had them in my life since I was around 13. Over the years I’ve been around larger breeds including German Shepherds, Dobermans and Rottweilers, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes and personalities. My own dog, Caesar, is a rescue I adopted in Sri Lanka when he was about 4 months old. I miss him a lot, and honestly one of the reasons I wanted to make this profile is because I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and caring for them. I currently work remotely, so I’m home most of the day and can give dogs attention, company and regular walks. I have a small fenced garden and there’s a walking path and open ground area only a couple of minutes from my house, which is great for walks and outdoor time. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust, so I’ll always do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe and cared for like they’re part of the family. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s walks, feeding schedules, playtime or just lots of cuddles and attention. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I currently work remotely and spend most of my time at home. I also enjoy going to the gym and staying active, so daily walks and spending time outdoors with dogs fits naturally into my lifestyle. This allows me to give pets regular attention, walks, playtime and company throughout the day. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed while in my care. I have a small fenced garden and a walking path and open area nearby for regular walks and exercise. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, walking schedules and any special care needed. I understand every pet has a different personality, so I try to make them feel at home and give them lots of attention, patience and care.

About: I have over a year of professional pet-sitting experience here on the rover app. I have also been a volunteer with the Blue Cross for a couple of years, helping to foster and rehabilitate stray cats. I absolutely love animals and caring for them is something I take great pride in. I am particularly well versed in looking after shy, senior and anxious pets - ensuring I take my time and build up trust is essential. I absolutely adore caring for pets and would love to share my passion with you. I work from home flexibly so I am available most days to care for your pets and to walk them / take them outdoors whenever they need. I live in a house with a gated garden and security is a priority for me. I am patient and caring with all furry friends, no matter their personality.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was young, much like I have grown up with cats. Animals were a constant in my upbringing, as my family is very fond of animals. Whilst I don’t have dogs of my own due to my cat’s anxiety, I’m lucky enough to have many family and friends with dogs I love to look after when I can. I regularly pet sit my parents four dogs (two retrievers, two spaniels) who I grew up with since I was eight. They’re energetic, even the old 14 year old Timmy, and due to their countryside home we go on long walks regularly. I haven’t trained any dogs in a few years, as my parents dogs haven’t needed it in about eight years, though I’m more than happy to follow any routine set by yourself. I work from home as a comic artist/ illustrator so my routine is quite flexible. Hey, if I stay at yours you may even end up with a little doodle of your furry friend! I work from home as a comic artist/ illustrator so my routine is quite flexible. I tend to sleep quite late, so am happy to do drop-ins/ walks later in the evening, though early morning walks probably won’t happen before 9am. Due to my worn in also sat at home quite a lot, so I’m eager to do multiple visits a day, as it gives me a chance to take a break and do some exercise walking/ playing with you pet. I am available both weekdays and weekends. I do not offer boarding at my home fire to my own cat’s anxiety. However, I do live by three parks within a miles distance of each other, as well as my parents having a long countryside walking trail behind their home in Catterick, which is quiet and great for dog walks. I have quite a spacious car, so if you would like your dog to go for walks in the countryside, I’m happy to travel with them!

I have fed them, walked them, bathed them and loved them unconditionally. Pets really are an addition to the family, they should be loved and treat like one! I am permanently working from home so your pet will never be left waiting. I will have to double check with when I would be able to pick up your little babies. I will ensure that any dogs off lead are in an enclosed area, that any treats offered from strangers whilst on a walk are "accepted" then immediately thrown away.
About: I have over 10 years of hands on experience caring for and handling dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. As a dedicated dog owner myself, I currently have a Working Cocker Spaniel and a Border Collie, both of which I actively train and exercise, including participating in agility work. This has given me a strong understanding of canine behaviour, enrichment, and the importance of both physical and mental stimulation. I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and needs, from energetic and high drive breeds to those requiring a calmer, more tailored approach. I offer both group walks for sociable dogs and one to one sessions for dogs that may be reactive, nervous, or in need of more focused attention. I take pride in creating a safe, structured, and positive environment where every dog feels secure and well cared for. My approach is always professional yet friendly, with a strong emphasis on trust, consistency, and understanding each dog as an individual. I am committed to ensuring every walk is enjoyable, stimulating, and suited to your dog’s specific needs. Whether your dog thrives in a group setting or benefits from more personalised care, you can be confident they will be treated with the same level of attention and dedication as my own. Pet care is my priority, with flexible daily scheduling for walks and home visits, ensuring pets receive reliable, consistent care, attention, exercise, and companionship every week. I provide safe, caring home visits tailored to each pet’s routine, including feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, medication if needed, and regular owner updates.

I recently completed my MSc in Dietetics and am currently taking some time before starting my long-term career. This means I have a very flexible schedule with no regular commitments, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether your pet needs regular walks, company throughout the day, overnight care, or a little extra attention, I can easily fit their routine around my day. As a pet owner myself to my dog, Rory, and my two cats, Amber and Alfie, I'm used to planning my day around feeding, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. I understand how important it is to maintain a pet's usual routine, and I'll always make sure they receive the care, attention, and love they deserve while you're away. I genuinely enjoy caring for pets in their own homes, as I know this is where they feel the safest, happiest, and most comfortable. Staying in their familiar environment helps keep their routine as normal as possible and can reduce any stress while you're away. I will always treat your home with the same respect and care that I would expect someone to show my own. I'll keep everything clean, tidy, and secure, and I'll follow any instructions you leave carefully. Whether your pet is crate trained, has a specific feeding schedule, needs medication, enjoys long walks, or has particular routines and preferences, I'll make sure these are followed consistently. My goal is to provide your pet with lots of love, attention, and companionship while giving you complete peace of mind that both your pet and your home are in safe hands.
About: I have always loved dogs and looking after those belonging to my friends. In 2021 I was able to get my own pup, Winnie. I didn’t think it would be possible but I now love dogs even more than before. I really enjoy taking them for walks and taking care of them. I have experience training my puppy as well as others, and always bring fun and excitement to a dogs day. Currently have a lot of spare time during the week and weekend so am happy to fit my schedule around your needs. Let’s chat and see what works best for you! In my home we have an enclosed garden so safety is guaranteed. I can look after your dog however you prefer. Whether that be to go for walks, play at home or in your garden, I am very easy.

About: My family have had dogs for my entire life, we currently have 6 dogs and a horse. I have already been involved with dog walking locally and want to expand. I am trying to build my dog walking family and currently I’m free to help all week days, 9am -6pm (Winter hours). Summer hours longer. Happy to travel to your property to either walk or stay with your pets. I am fully insured and have a lot of animal experience.
About: I got my first dog when I was 20 after unsuccessfully asking for a dog for Christmas every year for about 16 years straight. He, and his brother, are my best friends. I love adventuring outdoors and being surrounded by animals makes that even better. The most important thing for me in caring for animals is to be respectful and patient, and ensuring they have everything they need. My youngest dog is nervous and, as a result, can be quite a handful. This has lead me to research dog psychology and gain a decent understanding of animal behaviour. I work full-time on a hybrid basis. When I am not working, I am always desperate to get out for walks and spend time with animals. I generally take my dogs on a long walk once a day but I am able to be flexible in terms of exercise requirements. My dogs get other mental stimulation daily in the house/garden, including being scatter-fed, playing with toys and chews, and training obedience. The safety and happiness of animals in my care is my priority. I will always be considerate of instructions you give me as you know your pet best, and I will be sure to communicate to make sure everyone is as happy as can be. I will work with you and your pet to understand what suits everyone best.
About: I’m very active and love walking. My fiance is also on rover so it’s something we both enjoy doing. My Dalmatian is a big softy and has never had any issues with any dogs or cats. As long as they are friendly with her she would always enjoy a play mate. One of us are always in the house and we are happy to cater for any special requests. We can assist with any training requirements. I can do hybrid working when required. I don’t work weekends at all. My fiance is also at home during the day so there is always somebody in the house. Callie gets a minimum of 2 walks a day. Happy to cater for any special requests I have a fenced garden and a backyard. I’ve got a very friendly Dalmatian that loves play dates. Wouldn’t ever need to leave the dog by themselves. Plenty of photos and videos with regular updates
About: As a dedicated pet parent to both a dog and a cat, I understand the love and care our furry friends need. With years of hands-on experience, I can provide attentive, reliable pet sitting tailored to your pet’s unique needs, whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or extra patience for senior pets. I treat every pet like my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because im already used to feeding, walking, playing with, and caring for my own pets. Having a cat and a dog means i understand different needs, like daily walks for dogs and litter box maintenance for cats. When pet sitting i will make sure i stick to their routine, keep the home nice and tidy and clean up any accidents if needed. I am also willing to do any little jobs as instructed like watering plants etc. I will spend quality time playing with the pet. Before leaving i will ensure all doors that need to be closed are closed and that the pet is safe in the home.
About: Have had pets my entire life and helped friends and family with walking and dog sitting when they had other commitments so happy to help. Free almost everyday and can move things around if needed on short notice. I am happy to drive a little to complete a visit too. I have a pet myself and she is very special to me so I would treat your pets as my own as I understand how much it can mean to trust someone else with them.

About: Hi, I’m Lily! I’m an experienced pet carer with over 3 years of professional experience. I’ve owned and cared for dogs and cats my whole life. I have personal and professional experience with nervous, reactive, senior and complex dogs. I provide calm, reliable and personalised care tailored to each pet’s individual needs. Whether your pet needs walks, cuddles, company or a little extra patience, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy and cared for while you’re away. Your pets will always be treated like family! I’m also happy to accommodate early morning, evening and weekend bookings outside of these hours where possible, with a small additional surcharge. I’m flexible and will always do my best to work around your pet’s usual routine and individual needs. I understand how important consistency is for pets, especially nervous, reactive, senior or anxious animals, so I’ll always aim to provide reliable and stress-free care. I always start with a free meet & greet so I can meet you and your pet, familiarise myself with their home, and discuss their routine before any booking begins. I’ll take the time to learn about their feeding requirements, walks, medications, behaviours, likes and dislikes, and make detailed notes so I can keep everything as consistent as possible. Before the booking, I also complete professional pet-sitting forms that include detailed behaviour and medical sections. These forms help ensure I have all the important information needed to care for your pet safely and appropriately. They also include your expressed permission for me to access the property and provide care for your pet while you are away. I am fully insured, giving you additional peace of mind that your pet and home are in safe, responsible hands. During the booking, I maintain regular communication with you and provide updates, photos and videos so you always know how your pet is doing. I follow your instructions carefully and make sure doors, gates and windows are secure, while treating your home with the same care and respect I would my own. My priority is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable and settled in their own home, while giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

“After meeting Angela I had no concerns with leaving my dog Bear with her, it was immediately obvious he was in a caring home and would be well looked after. I have no doubts he had a great time, the updates and a pictures were great! I’ll be using Angela again and happily recommend to anyone!”
“We left Jasper with this lovely family for two weeks, and I'll admit we were a little nervous beforehand as we haven't had the best experiences in the past. We really didn't need to worry though! They made us feel completely at ease from the very start. We met up beforehand, which was so reassuring, and their communication through the Rover app was fantastic throughout. Over the two weeks we received lots of photos and regular updates, and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. It was clear that Jasper wasn't just being looked after – he was treated like part of the family, which meant the world to us. We came home to a very happy, relaxed dog, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Jasper!”

“Holly took great care of Pepper at very short notice due to a family member being ill. She was extremely accommodating and caring and thoughtful. Holly kindly sent lots of updates and photos of Pepper having the time of his life during his stay. He had the best time - running around with his ball, playing with Gary the Gull, meeting and playing with his new buddy Ronnie, swimming at Easby Abbey. I knew Pepper was in extremely capable hands from the moment I dropped him off. He was immediately at ease and that had a huge impact on me. I’ve already arranged for Pepper to go back to see Holly in a couple of weeks and Holly would be my go-to person for all future stays for Pepper. Thank you so so much Holly.”
