Dottie Lou is a very timid and cautious rescue cat who will often hide from anyone she's never seen before, but it was quite the opposite with Gaby ... far from being afraid, she went straight up to her and clearly felt very comfortable with Gaby! This, of course, helped us to feel confident whilst we were away that Dottie Lou would be fine. Gaby sent us photos and brief reports and made everything feel secure. A great big "thank you" to Gaby ... for us, a highly recommended cat lover!”

About: I've had several pets during my life, (fish, hamsters, dogs, and cats). I've had over 5 dogs of different breeds, and 4 cats. I've loved them all dearly and they all were rescued animals. Living abroad doesn't allow me to have a pet of my own, but I still persist for my friends from time to time. I work as a live in carer, so I will be able to care for animals for weeks/days in a row and then some time off while I'm away working. It all depends on the pet's needs and their owners' requests. When I persist for my friends' animals I first ask them for a list of do's and don'ts and stick to that list, if I come up with plans or ideas (like going out to the park, or having other pets over for a meet and greet), I like to contact them and ask for consent beforehand.

About: Hi I’m fleur, I’ve had dogs my whole life and always been dog mad! I currently own 2 dogs, but am living in Newcastle at university most of the year around so would love to have the opportunity to look after other dogs. I’ve house sitted dogs in the past, which I loved. I love going for walks/runs with dogs and playing with them. Even just cuddling and keeping them company. I have a lovely local walk around my house and a fenced garden. I have a pretty flexible timetable but would appreciate it if people could message me to ask if I’m free before booking, am happy to meet you before any service to have a chat! About: I have 8 years of experience dog sitting, house sitting, and baby sitting. I have also had a summer job working at a dog hotel. I have worked with old and young dogs and a variety of breeds so I am prepared to offer any care they require. I will also send you plenty of photos of you dog and our adventures. I will care for your dog as I would like mine to be cared for. I work for a charity and can work from home at least 3 days a week, but I can take more days at home if I am dog sitting. I will walk my dog during my lunch break and in the morning/after work so your dog can join in on these walks. I live in the countryside so there are plenty of lovely, quiet walks around me. On the weekends I will usually drive to the beach or a park for a longer walk. I feed my dog twice a day with a treat at night but happy to fit into your dogs schedule. About: Ive always had a dog and I am also loved by cats, I love giving them attention and like it too. You're leaving your baby in safe hands coz when Im with pets they become my world. I feel I understand animals well, even though they can’t communicate in the same way we do—perhaps it’s my biologist’s instinct. As a PhD student, I have a self-managed schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time and attention to pet care. I also see this as more than just a side role—it’s something that brings me joy and a sense of calm, almost like therapy, while ensuring your pets feel safe, loved, and well looked after. As I have lived in the past in an area where wildlife is common, I always took extra precautions to keep pets safe, including ensuring they remain indoors after 6 PM, even for short strolls. I also carefully check the environment to remove any sharp or hazardous objects. Most importantly, I pay close attention to their behavior and cues, making sure they feel heard, understood, and comfortable at all times.

About: I have extensive experience looking after family member's and friend's dogs and cats, and have had pet dogs for most of my life. I also have experience caring for a dog with strict medical requirements. I'm currently studying and work from home mostly so I have plenty of time to care for pets! I can be flexible with days and times so can work around requirements if needed. About: I grew up with a dog in the family and enjoyed taking care and spending time with dogs ever since. I have experience looking after dogs with different personalities and needs, and I always treat them as my own. I also have a valid DBS certificate for extra peace of mind. I work from home so have some time to spend with pets. I can walk the dogs, play with them and feed them according to the schedule desired I live in a house and have a small garden where dogs can spend their time. About: I've taken care of over 50 pets and I've lived in a house surrounded by pets so they get used to me quite easy. About: I've always had & looked after dogs. I'm my friends first port of call for looking after there furry ones as they know they will be looked after very well. Would be happy to dog sit/board and walks if needed. Times and day will vary but most weekends are fully free from Thursdays until Sunday Even and morning walks are also avalible I have a spacious maisonette with access to my garden, also The flitch way where you dog can be walked for miles if needed. I also have access to different routes via a car. In my home dog bed can be arranged
