“It's hard to put into words how incredible lea and Lucas are!! If I could I would give them 10 stars. Even from our first meeting I could tell how much they loved animals and how well looked after our dog would be. They had our 4 year old cocker spaniel for two weeks and he had the most incredible time lots of walks and play time and cuddles. They truly gave him such a lovely home from home experience. Lea took so much time to make sure she knew his routine, commands we use and everything to make sure he was comfortable. While we were away we were kept updated with messages and photos which was so lovely to hear how he was and the children loved to be able to see him everyday!!! “Sherlock has stayed with Arpana a few times over the past couple of weeks while we had lots of family visiting for a wedding. We’ve never really felt comfortable leaving Sherlock before, but after seeing Arpana’s profile and how much of a dog lover she is, we decided to give it a try — and we’re so glad we did. From the very first meeting, Sherlock took to Arpana and her family straight away. She kindly welcomed him into her home when we dropped him off, and it was clear how dog-friendly and welcoming the environment was. Each time we brought him back, he would pull eagerly on his lead and sniff his way right up to the door, excited to see them again. A big part of that is down to her children, who clearly adore dogs and were wonderful with Sherlock — he had the best time playing, especially with her daughter. He always came home tired out, but in the happiest way. Arpana kept in touch with regular updates, which was really reassuring for us as slightly anxious owners leaving our dog for the first time. She was also very patient with our many questions and flexible with timing, which we really appreciated. Overall, the experience has made us feel so much more comfortable about leaving Sherlock with a sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again — I don’t think Sherlock would forgive us if we didn’t!”

I offer a home from home for your pet allowing for you to provide their normal bedding etc. I have experience with puppies and kittens and elderly pets therefore, all your needs will be covered. I have flexibility in my work schedule therefore offer full flexibility to you. Overnight stays are also available either in my house or your property. I have a fully enclosed garden with access to a small park behind my property and extensive open spaces, woodland and parks within close proximity. The seats are separated with soft dividers for your dog’s comfort, and each dog is safely secured using a harness attachment. We then head to a suitable park or walking area. On warmer days, I choose routes with plenty of shade and ensure your dog has regular water breaks. I walk a maximum of two dogs at a time. If your dog has good recall, we’ll enjoy off-lead play, such as fetch, where appropriate and with your permission. Alternatively, if you wish, I can help improve your dog’s recall using positive reinforcement. I use homemade cooked chicken as high-value training treats unless you advise me of any dietary requirements or allergies. While your dog is out enjoying their walk and learning new skills, I will send you regular, high-quality photo updates so you can see how much fun they’re having. After the walk, I will safely return your dog home. If you choose my dog-sitting service, I can also collect and return your dog. About: I’ve had dogs since I was around 15 and plenty of experience with different breeds and ages including chihuahua puppies, senior staffies and rescue bulldogs.
