About: Since losing my dog a couple of years a go at the grand old age of 15, I’ve been looking after pets for friends and family since. I live right next door to a lovely park, plenty of fields and trails. Happy to put the mileage in if your pet requires it. I’m patient and dogs seem to love me. Happy to help with training also. I work from home at present and I can pick and choose my hours. I can adjust my routine to suit your pet if needed, no problem at all. If your pet is unsociable I can walk early and late if necessary. I have a large flat with a safe and secure balcony. I am 30 seconds away from a park, 5mins away from fields and there are a number of trails and woodland walks close by. If required to sit in at your place, I am clean, quiet and respectable. Happy to be adaptable to your pets needs. Whatever it takes to make the feel safe and secure.
“Buddy recently had daycare and an overnight stay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I loved receiving frequent updates, and it was clear he had a great time, especially spending time with Flossy. Buddy came home happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend!”

“Courtney took such good care of our dog, she honestly loved her like she was her own. We received regular updates and photos (and even videos) of our dog during her stay. Courtney's home is a home from home with a lovely garden and easy access. When I collected my dog she was so happy and relaxed, she was definitely made to feel at home there. We will not hesitate to use Courtney again in the future.”

“Thank you so much to Elizabeth! Dax was clearly very happy during his stay. She took him out early and kept him cool in the hot weather. She also made sure to play with him and give him cuddles. Couldn't have asked for more”

“Shishir and Marion took great care of Alfie, from the start they saw I was anxious about leaving him with a strangers and did everything they could help reassure me, allowing me to schedule a few meetings and greets to get to know them and for them to get to know Alfie. Throughout my stay I got daily updates and pictures and felt constantly reassured he was happy whilst I was enjoying my holiday. I would book them again without a doubt and highly recommend them!”

“Amelia had Twix for 2 nights while I was away and she was absolutely fantastic. I got lots of pictures and updates and he was extremely well taken care of. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind while away from your dog :)”

“Nicole was fantastic.Sophie our dog was a fast friend. We got daily updates and she is right at base of Arthur's seat for hikes/walks/relief walks. It was a super way to ensure our pup who hates to be left alone and is not too keen on other dogs (like a kennel) got the love and care she needed over the Christmas period. Would highly recommend Nicole for anyone looking for a great dog carer.”

“Ethan and Lauren have cared for our dog, Pinky, multiple times (daytime and overnight). They are so generous, lovely, and caring. We were worried about leaving Pinky overnight for the first time but he pulled us to get in to see Ethan and Lauren which made his feelings clear! We are very pleased to have found them (as is Pinky).”

About: Hi! I’m Rebeca, a big animal lover based in Barnet 😊 I grew up with dogs and when I was younger I had a Pitbull and a Doberman, so I’m very comfortable around bigger dogs and used to their energy and needs. I also have my own cat, so I understand how different every pet can be. I know cats need their own space and routine, and I always try to make them feel calm and comfortable. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that’s going for walks, playing, or just keeping them company. I’m patient, caring, and I always try to make pets feel safe and happy. I’m happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well 😊 I’d love to meet your pet!🐾 I am currently not working, so I have plenty of free time to enjoy spending with your pet 🌳🍁 I am available mornings and evenings anytime. I offer pet care services that include home visits and walks in the Barnet area. I have full availability, which allows me to dedicate quality time to each pet and ensure their well-being and proper care.
“Jen had my little pug for 4 days and 4 nights while I had a little break away. Jen was fantastic with Snug, I had regular photo updates and messages 9to let me know all was well. Snug can be difficult on walks and a bit of a challenge at times but Jen managed her just fine and even introduced her to a little bus trip! I cannot thank you enough and will definitely hopefully ask you to help out in the future. Snug came back a happy girl!!”

“Emma helped us out at the last minute and looked after our two cats for us while we’re away. She was wonderful - the cats loved her and she looked after the house and plants too. The cats were in such good spirits when we returned. She helped with their food and water and litter and I would definitely recommend Emma. We hope to work with her again in the future. Thank you Emma!”

“Ania watched over Miles for a few days, she kept in touch with us, sent photos of Miles daily and also helped us with putting out the bin for collection. We’d definitely use Ania again as we felt she was v trustworthy :) ”

“Antoniya was absolutely brilliant. She is a very warm and friendly person and our cat, Sabre, was completely comfortable with Antoniya and looked forward to her daily Drop-in visits. Antoniya cleared up for Sabre, fed him and played with him. Sabre is an outdoor cat and it was difficult for him to stay at home but Antoniya made sure she gave him enough attention to make up for his sadness! The photos and videos sent to us daily of Sabre was a very reassuring gesture and we are grateful for Antoniya’s thoughtfulness and care. Thank you.”

“Our cat loved her time with Haiqing. We loved seeing the photos of her enjoying strokes and her visits each day. Haiqing was extreamly responsive and was able to help us out with not much notice. Thank you Haiqing!”

About: I have over 14 years of hands-on experience caring for cats, having lived closely with and looked after my own ginger tabby, Simba, who has been part of my family since he was young. Through caring for him from kittenhood into his senior years, I’ve gained a deep understanding of feline behaviour, health needs, and the importance of patience, routine, and gentle handling. Over the years, I’ve become confident in managing all aspects of cat care, including feeding routines, litter tray maintenance, grooming, administering basic care, and recognising changes in behaviour or wellbeing. I understand that cats each have their own personalities — from independent and reserved to affectionate and playful — and I always adapt my approach to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their environment. My experience with Simba, especially as he has aged, has also given me insight into caring for senior cats, including providing extra comfort, monitoring their wellbeing closely, and ensuring they remain relaxed and stress-free. I genuinely enjoy spending time with cats and take pride in providing calm, attentive, and reliable care so owners can feel completely at ease while they are away.

“Chloe was great with my cat. She sent photos and followed my instructions really well. I'm so happy she looked after him. My home was tidy and clean when I got back and Timmy seemed very cosy laying in bed waiting for us to come home. Thank you for looking after him whilst we were away 😊”

About: Hi, I’m Natalie, a devoted animal lover with more than 10 years of experience walking and caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. Having always been surrounded by pets—both my own and those of friends and family—I understand just how much trust, love, and attention dogs need, especially when their owners are busy. What sets me apart? I’m not just a passionate dog walker; I’m fully committed to making pet care my lifelong career. I'm DBS-checked, insured, and deeply invested in providing the safest and most joyful experience for your furry family member. As a trusted, local companion, I’ll treat your dog like family, ensuring they’re well-exercised, happy, and secure in my care. Let’s make your dog’s walks the highlight of their day! After years of working in an office, I decided to follow my passion: spending my days outdoors, walking, and caring for animals. Stepping away from the desk has given me the chance to bring energy, enthusiasm, and full-time commitment to dog walking. Every week, my schedule is fully devoted to keeping pups happy, active, and well-cared for—whether it's a local walk, a day of play, or simply being a reliable friend for your pet. With a lifelong love for animals and years of experience caring for family pets, I understand the importance of providing safe, attentive, and loving care. In 2008, after extensive research, my family and I welcomed our first golden retriever, Jupe, and in 2011, we rescued Dylan, another wonderful golden. They were best buddies who taught me so much about what it means to truly care for dogs, from their daily needs to understanding their unique personalities. Both were with us for nearly 13 years, and the time spent with them has been invaluable to my understanding of pet care. I’m lucky to have a spacious, fenced-in garden and easy access to beautiful parks and fields nearby, making every walk an adventure and a secure space for play. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I provide a caring, safe, and fun environment that pets thrive in!
About: I have lifelong experience caring for dogs and studied canine behaviour for two years. I am responsible, caring, and consistent in my approach, and I work hard to support positive behaviour. While not a specialist, I have strong foundational knowledge and ensure every dog in my care is well-behaved and well-looked-after. Pet care is a core part of my daily routine. I work full-time as a dog walker/handler, so my days are structured around walks, feeding, training, and providing consistent care. I also have two small dogs of my own—Sheeva (12) and Poppy (11)—which keeps me experienced and engaged every day. Caring for dogs isn’t something I fit in around life. It is my routine, and I truly enjoy giving each dog the attention, structure, and affection they need. I mainly provide care in my own home, where dogs enjoy a clean, tidy, and comfortable environment. There’s plenty of indoor space for them to relax, as well as a fully fenced, safe garden for toilet breaks and supervised outdoor play. I maintain a calm, structured routine and make sure each dog receives the right balance of attention, exercise, and affection. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they feel secure, welcomed, and well cared for throughout their stay.

“I would highly recommend Laura. She looked after my cat while I was away. Her care and attention was excellent. She sent updates which gave me lots of reassurance and peace of mind. I would not hesitate in recommending her service to anyone and I will definitely be using her when I am next away.”

“Cheryl was wonderful with our cats — she sent video and photo updates throughout, and honestly, we were a little jealous at how much our cats clearly preferred her company to ours. We came home to an immaculate house. We can absolutely recommend Cheryl as a cat sitter.”

About: Available for multiple pop ins to check on your furry best friends. As I’ve had cats of different breeds for most of my life I am very experienced with looking after them including feeding and changing litter trays if needed. And of course I always have the dreamies on hand for a couple of treats and am ready to play and have some cat cuddles! I’m also able to support with medication administration if needed as well.

“Anna is such a kind hearted woman and you can tell instantly how much she loves animals. Anna came to meet Simba the week before and got to know him and then Anna looked after Simba two days this week and provided videos and photos and Simba loved his time with her”

“I always have a great holiday & feel at ease when Stacey is looking after my cats. She’s dependable & clearly has a special way with animals. It makes such a difference knowing they’re not just fed & safe, but genuinely cared for & given attention while I’m away. I never have to worry & that peace of mind is priceless. Thanks again Stacey :)”

“Julia was wonderful with Ginger! She took the time to visit beforehand to get to know us and understand Ginger’s routine. She was also very flexible and available at short notice. I came home to a very happy cat, and I’ll definitely be using her services again soon.”

“Louis looked after our 2 year old cockapoo this week and we came back to a very happy dog! Even while working from home, Louis took breaks throughout the day to keep our dog entertained, and provided us with lots of updates. There is a lovely big field near him as well which was a beautiful convenient spot for walks. We would definitely use Louis again.”

“Natalia has been absolutely brilliant with Tilly and. Dry professional. The second time I took Tilly to Natalia, she couldn’t wait to run to the door to go inside. I will definitely use Natalia again.”

“Begona and family looked after Caju on Easter Sunday and were great company for her. Begona’s communication was fantastic, and they took her on multiple walks with Rango throughout the day, for which it was so nice for her to have some doggy company. We’d definitely use them again for Caju 😃”

About: We’re a dog-obsessed couple with a large enclosed garden and a friendly border terrier called Rhubarb who loves to play. Your dog will be welcomed into our home and treated like family — with plenty of outdoor space, companionship and cuddles guaranteed. Between us we work from home seven days a week, so dogs in our care are never left alone. Our days have a natural rhythm that works really well for dogs: a morning walk to start the day, garden time and rest in the middle, and an evening walk before winding down. Rhubarb is already at the centre of our daily routine, so adding a guest dog fits in seamlessly rather than feeling like a disruption. Weekends are even more relaxed — we love getting out for longer walks and spending time at home, so visiting dogs get plenty of attention and activity. We’re not a busy household with lots of coming and going, which means a calm, settled environment for dogs who need it — but with enough energy and outdoor space for those who want to play all day. When dogs stay with us, they’re fully integrated into our home and daily routine — not kept separate or crated unless that’s what they’re used to. Our large, fully enclosed garden means they can run, sniff and play off-lead safely throughout the day, and our border terrier Rhubarb is a brilliant companion for dogs who love to socialise. We take every dog out for two walks a day, and stick to whatever routine the owner shares with us — feeding times, any dietary needs or medications — and we’ll always ask questions upfront so there are no surprises. We send regular photo updates so owners can relax knowing their dog is happy and settled. Dogs sleep in our home and we’re around for most of the day, so they’re never left alone for long periods. Every dog is different, so we take time to understand their personality, energy levels and any quirks before they arrive.
“Our Mikey had such a great time with Zahra that we booked her again almost immediately! She sends lots of photos and provides much-appreciated reassurance throughout his stays. Highly recommend!”

“This was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous (obsessive dog mum over here 🙋♀️) but Lauren and Ethan were amazing with my golden retriever Poppy and she seemed really happy! They replied to messages really quickly and sent several photos of Poppy during the day. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you Lauren and Ethan!”

I’ve looked after both small and large dogs, as well as cats, and I’ve been the main carer for my family dog since he was just 3 months old—he’s now 9 years old and 25 kg. Being a graduate student in London with a flexible schedule also means I can give plenty of time and care to the pets I look after I am currently a graduate student living in Radlett. my time is quite flexible on weekdays and I am also available on weekends and during the holidays for boarding or daycare. I live in a ground floor flat. I'll make sure your dogs get enough attention and company. But because of the space limit, we can not take boarding for gigantic dogs. I am also more than happy to do house-sitting and daycare. I can easily crate your dog if needed.
“Caroline and her brother Bruno are the best! They are always responsive, super nice, and really do love dogs. Caroline also only permits one dog at a day, which seemed so considerate. About: Hello! My name is Sena, I’m a lawyer working part time in the city, now based in Radlett where I can enjoy the outdoors and spend more time around animals. I’ve always had a deep love for animals, which has been a constant throughout my life. I grew up in a home with several dogs, so caring for pets has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments, as well as cats and other small animals. I’m confident, patient, and attentive, and I treat every pet as if they were my own! :) At home, I have a 14year old ginger tabby cat called Simba, who’s been with me for many years, and a 4 year German Shepherd cross Akita named Ralph :) Ralph is a big part of my life and has helped me build strong experience in handling larger, energetic dogs, as well as understanding training, routine, and behavioural needs. I work Tuesday- Thursdays in the city. My partner and I alternate our work from home days so Ralph and Simba are never left alone Your dog will be looked after in a calm, loving home with plenty of attention throughout the day. I have a fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time, plus regular walks in the local open fields here in Radlett for exercise and fresh air. There’s lots of playtime, interaction, and company depending on your dog’s personality and energy levels — whether they’re active or prefer a quieter pace. I’m happy to follow all dietary requirements closely and stick to your dog’s normal routine. Brushing and basic grooming can also be included if needed. To keep things stress-free, your dog will be kept separate from my own dog, Ralph, so they can fully relax and feel at home in a calm environment.
About: I am currently a 3rd year Veterinary Medicine student at the Royal Veterinary College in Potters Bar, in between my studies I have a lot of time to help out with any pet care you require. I have over 12 weeks of work experience at animal rescues, kennels, and catteries over the past two years, which has given me a solid understanding of animal behaviour and appropriate handling of different breeds. Additionally I have many weeks of petsitting/housesitting experience which I would be happy to provide references for :). At home, I have a high-energy english pointer and have had cats my whole life but sadly living away whilst at uni means I miss my pets a lot, a house without a pet definitely feels empty! I also previously worked in a vet clinic for over a year, therefore have good communication and professionalism skills - you can guarantee I will reply promptly and provide a professional service! I understand that sometimes you want to give your pet the best life possible but it can be difficult to fit around a busy schedule, that is why i’m here to ensure that your pet gets everything they need while you can carry on with your day! I have a car so can travel to wherever you are located + can take your dog out if needed (I have a dog guard), which is important for veterinary emergencies or also just to go on a fun walk! I am currently studying at university, however, I have a lot of spare time during the week. Since each day has a different structure when I am available can vary slightly but I can very easily structure when I am working around when you need help! The evenings and the weekends are the times where I am the most available to book. At home, my pointer gets a long walk (1hr+) in the woods or fields once a day. Being high energy, she needs a long stimulating walk to run off some of that energy! She gets fed immediately after the walk as she is very non food motivated and will only eat when shes starving! At home she sleeps a lot and then gets her second rush of energy in the evening, this is where we tend to mentally stimulate her by playing with her and getting her to do tricks. Her and my cat are very close and can often be found snuggling together during the day or in the evening. My cat is abnormally large for his breed which means he’s a bit more prone to injury and doesn’t have the best breathing but now he is older he is mostly interested in snuggling with you and occasionally playing (while laying down usually).
“We did a meet and greet with Anna to meet our dog, and he LOVED her. She’s very intuitive and has a lot of knowledge. She asked all the right questions about our boy, and we can’t wait to start repeat walks. Thanks so much Anna!”

“Buddy recently had daycare and an overnight stay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I loved receiving frequent updates, and it was clear he had a great time, especially spending time with Flossy. Buddy came home happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend!”

“Thank you so much to Elizabeth! Dax was clearly very happy during his stay. She took him out early and kept him cool in the hot weather. She also made sure to play with him and give him cuddles. Couldn't have asked for more”

About: I have 30 years experience caring for cats and have three years experience dog sitting for friends. Our friends frequently rely on us to care for their animals when they are on holiday. Me and partner work from home full time. We have a few parks nearby us for walks at lunch time and before/ after work. We would have plenty of time to play with the dogs in between our work and the dogs could join us for long walks. We make sure to keep an eye on the dogs, and to read the signals for needing water/ toliet/ attention. We have a fenced garden that the dog can use, although we will be going for lots of walks at the nearby parks.
