About: Experienced pet sitter. Experience with reactive dogs. Happy to give your dog extra care and attention. Fenced in front and back yard. Must be okay with another friendly dog in the home. I typically do a morning walk after breakfast, and a nighttime walk after dinner. If a dog is staying with me, I usually avoid middle of the day walks as the pavement outside can get hot on warmer days. However I do have a fenced in yard and a deck, which is cooler in the middle of the day if they would like to explore. I have a fenced in yard, and a metal crate is your dog is used to crate training. I have a 5 year old lab/ Shepard mix who loves to play, but could also keep him separated if requested. I have plenty of toys but you are also welcome to bring any toys with you, put they may get lost under our deck! Dogs are welcome on the furniture and just about anywhere as long as they are properly trained not to potty on furniture!

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! I have two golden retrievers, a black cat (opposite ends of the pet spectrum haha), and 6 chickens. About: I have been dog sitting for years but started Rover in 2022. I started out caring for my two pugs and cat, and have been sitting for family, friends, and folks on Rover. My home has a fence as well. I also make sure they have enough place to play whether it could be inside or out. I prefer to be outside with them! I love being active with animals but if you’re pet is somewhat a couch potato OR old, I can comfort them in whatever way they feel comfortable.
