About: Hi! I’m Katy:) I have been a sitter for 3 years but I have had a passion for fur babies all my life. I am a Junior in college pursuing an Animal Science degree. I started training my pup back in 2021, and have gained knowledge that is very helpful when taking care of animals young/old and trying to give them the best care possible. I do have classes but not for more than 3 hours a day spread out so I can do overnights and drop ins/walks as needed! Safety is always my top priority. I make sure to follow any and all specific instructions left by the owner to assure the health and security of all pets and owners homes. I have a golden retriever named Teddy right now and he is very active but adapts easily to other pups who may want a more calming time! I am a college student online so I am available any day of the week from 8am - 10pm (unless overnight!) I don’t do walks after 8pm! About: I worked at a boarding company in Austin and was able to learn a lot about dog and cat behaviors. I worked there for 2 years! After going to college I continued my dog boarding experience and worked for another dog app company. I can visit homes, walk dogs daily, feed cats, and can even stay at homes! About: I’ve taken care of my own 2 boxers since they were puppies, and now there are 7 years old and still energetic! I have pet sat for various neighbors and families. About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child growing up on a ranch raising livestock. We always had dogs and litters of puppies that I would care for. About: Growing up in the country, I had access to all kinds of animals. I had a pet pig, chicken, and dogs. To me, pets aren't pets, they are members of our family. I have been apart of Rover for almost 2 years and still love it. I love meeting new owners and their babies! I'm also always taking on new clients! I am comfortable and have experience in giving your baby medications and injections. I work for Hendricks and my hours are Monday to Thursday 745am to 5pm, and Fridays 745am to 12pm. I only get a 30 minute lunch, which makes it difficult to do a drop in during the day. While I am not available to keep your "kiddo" at my own home, I am happy to stay where your "child" is most comfortable, their own home. If they are anything like my daughter was (a 12 year old basset hound) home was her place.

About: I’ve had and taken care of pets my whole life. My family and I have 4 dogs and my daughters have a guinea pig and a hamster. Our pets are our babies! I also take care of my granddogs when my son and daughter-in-law are out of town. I’m currently working part time and have a fairly flexible schedule to take care of and/or walk your fur babies. I am available Mon-Friday and can do weekends if needed. I have a fenced in yard that my fur babies love to run and play when we are home. They are left in the house when we’re not home.
