About: i’ve always had a passion for animals. i try to make sure all animals are happy and loved by me especially when taking care of them. i never want an animal to feel sad or alone and it pains me to see all these stray cats and dogs around knowing that i can’t take them all in. I recently graduated from Coastal Carolina from the veterinary assistant program, i plan on fulfilling my dreams on becoming a veterinarian and hopefully one day i can save the lives of animals. We knew leaving them for the weekend would be just fine. We received so many photos of them playing and enjoying the dog vacation. Arriving back to our house it was clean and tidy. About: I enjoy taking active dogs for long walks & runs! No issue providing meds & special attention for older fellas/ladies. I have sat for cats for extended stays as well. Happy to do so again! I work remote 3-5 days a week so I can take breaks to walk your dogs or give them a potty break a few times per day, including midday. I currently have no pets at home, however I grew up with 2-3 dogs and a cat for 18 years. I'll love taking your dog for long walks/runs if they need it! I am happy to care for special needs animals or those who require medications at each meal. Just send me your instructions and I'll treat them as you would! I am open to sitting cats, but would consider myself a dog person.

“Sam took very excellent care of my 5 cats and dog while I had an emergency and needed her last minute. She was very flexible and accommodating. I got tons of updates which made me feel very assured my fur babies were in excellent care while I was at the hospital with my baby. It was also a holiday and she was available. She was upfront about her kiddos coming, which was no problem. I was amazed there was no mess or anything. She cleaned up all dishes, took trash out and watered my plants. I had a week long stay at the hospital, I even asked if she would change my sheets and she did this for me. I was so blessed to find her and will always use her if she is available if I need a pet sitter. She even left a little goodie bag with a neat ink pen and some bracelets my daughter will not take off and loves! I’ve had pet sitters before that would just lock the dog out of my room and not interact with Sadie but Sam sent lots of videos/pictures of all my animals. We are home now and Sadie is so happy, it great condition and sleeping so soundly cause they gave her lots of exercise. 10/10 will book Sam again.”

“THE ABSOLUTE BEST! That is where I start. We had to book him in a pinch and we were able to get a meet and greet in with Khalil and our 3(65# plus) dogs. The meet and greet went great and he showed up on time 3 days later. We received photos every single day. He stayed in our home and was able to keep them entertained while there. The photos we received they were always looking happy. We were gone for 10 days and when we came back it was like we had just left with the house being clean. Khalil stayed in our guest room. We didn't ask him to but he took the sheets off of the bed and put them in the laundry room. The dishes he had used were put in the dishwasher. Main thing was to take care of our dogs and he went above and beyond on that! We will absolutely recommend Khalil to anyone and everyone looking for short and long term stays. Khalil was very responsive. We will be going back to him when we have to be out of town again. Khalil made it so easy to trust that they would be in good hands and taken care of the entire time. I could go on and on. An overall phenomenal experience.”

About: I can’t remember an age where I wasn’t helping birth and raise kittens and puppies, turtles, or rodents. From having blind, toothless senior chihuahuas and senile cats…to a litter of brand new pups or kittens struggling to catch their first breath I’ve been part of it. I’ve had several rodents and reptiles, and cared for my friends and family birds as well. Trained puppies and kittens to use the potty and more. Also helped with a few farm animals too. I work only 20-25hrs a week, so I’ll always be home within 6hours or less. Outside of work, I’m home hanging out with my kids and furbabies. I have two e.s.a. Certified cats who tend to hide away when someone new is here. I’ve had them both since babies (13y & 3y). Keep things clean, organized, healthy, I had a cleaning company too. I don’t have crates on hand or an outside fence but I have a huge yard, the neighbor has a spayed female American bulldog, very friendly. There are farm animals next door. However, I do appreciate being where the pet is comfortable and knows its space.

About: I have had my doggy since I was 17! She has been with me through a lot! I love animals and enjoy meeting new ones and bonding with them! Sometimes I have a really flexible schedule and can work with whatever your schedule needs may be. My schedule can change from week to week. So it’s best to reach out. I typically am free most days during the day. Late nights can be arranged. Child free home. I have 1 dog and 1 cat. The cat will be separate from other animals. She likes to stay in her space.

About: My parents realized I needed a dog in my life when I was child because I would try to pet my fish... ;) As a family we've had dogs since I was around 6 years old. I began dog-sitting for a neighbor when I was in middle school and that included helping care for two puppies when I was a bit older. Over the last few years my petsitting/housesitting relationships have steadily increased. I've helped friends by caring for their puppies, dogs, senior dogs, kittens, cats, and even a bird! Before I moved to NC I had keys for about 5 friends' homes since I am on standby for pet-sitting duties when they go out of town. My boyfriend and I are the proud parents of 1 dog, 2 cats, and 21 quail chicks! I am currently working 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday in Holly Springs but hope my schedule works to care for your fur babies! I am typically very flexible during weekends. As someone who had an escape artist dog growing up I know the importance of safety, including keeping doors closed. I'm familiar with many different types of leashes, halters, Gentle Leader, even muzzles and am confident in using any your dog may utilize. I am also happy to crate your puppy/dog if needed.

About: My father owned a pet care business in New Jersey but now that I've moved to North Carolina I'm ready to continue doing what I love by myself. I plan on making this my full time job, I currently work remote so I am free any time of the day any day of the week 😁. My care is fully respectful of my clients wishes, pets will never be over or under fed, they will have plenty of exercise and play time and the house will always be clean when I'm done.
