“Michele was amazing with my three animals— we were a last-minute booking and she came to meet them first and then worked hard to make them feel at ease. She was attentive, kind, and caring and sent us updates and photos to reassure us that all was well. She made our holiday trip possible and we are super grateful!!”

About: Friendly sitter with experience with senior pups, cats and chickens. I currently have two wonderful dogs and a handful of chickens. One of our dogs is what we believe is a Foxhound and the other is a Shepherd mix. Both are rescues so we are not sure. I also have experience with cats, parrots (green crowned conure) and various farm animals. Update: I no longer work from home. I am now in Richmond M-F, 8-5. I am happy to stop by during my lunch break to check on your babies in the city. Any other surrounding areas would have to be weekends and not during work hours. Apologies for any inconvenience! I am happy to stop by your home and care for your pets. One of my pups is reactive and we do not want to make her (or your baby) uncomfortable by bringing other pets into our space.
About: What sets me apart is the level of love, patience, and personalized care I give every pet. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies who need consistency, potty breaks, playtime, and basic routine reinforcement, as well as senior pets who may need a gentler pace, extra patience, medication support, or additional comfort. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents always know their furry family members are happy and well cared for. I’m able to help out on Monday-Friday or Saturdays and Sundays. Let me know what fits your needs and I will be more then happy to accommodate! I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Especially in their own home. I do not accept boarding as my currently home is renting.
“Taylynn was excellent! She had great communication, very obviously cares about doing a good job, showed up on time and was very pleasant during all our interactions. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a pet sitter.”

“Nina stayed at our house for 8 days. She cares for our three dogs and cat. Our little frenchie has been a struggle to house train and Nina was able to provide me with great support. She texted me on a daily basis and sent photos to me. I missed my babies but was able to enjoy my vacation because of the amazing care she gave them. I will hire her again in the future with no hesitation. Amazing person to care for your pets.”

“Tina was wonderful with our puppy. He had never had a pet sitter before, and she took excellent and loving care of him, with lots of play time, exercise, and even some training. He even cried when she left! We will definitely ask her to take care of him again.”

“We thoroughly appreciate the care Heather gave our dog while we’re gone. We live far out and have some peculiar rules but Heather was a complete professional. She communicated on a high level and followed everything to a T. Our dog was well cared for and happy upon our return. He has some anxiety and she handled everything professionally and with love. You can tell she enjoys what she does. We will use her again!”

“Dawn Star took wonderful care of my two dogs while my family and I were out of town for a long weekend. I came back home to happy dogs and a well cared for home. This was my first experience with a house sitter and found my dogs to be much more relaxed at the end of the stay compared to when they board at a facility. One of my dogs is very high energy, and the other is more reserved. Dawn Star handled their particular dynamics without issues. She also paid attention to my care/ instruction sheet and followed it to a T. I’m very happy with this experience and would hire Dawn Star again.”

“Riley took excellent care of my 3 senior dogs, all 3 on meds, including 1 that is diabetic and needed blood glucose monitoring and insulin shots. I was thrilled to find someone with experience with diabetes. Thanks Riley!”

Would love to have the ability to work with your animals and still have the time to give my animals the loving they deserve as well! I walk my dog every chance I get while working on any minor behavioral or fear based problems to insure my baby can live a full healthy happy life.
About: Growing up at a dairy farm, I was always surrounded by all kinds of animals. Horses, cows, dogs, etc. I had a love for them all. But it wasn’t until I had my first dog on my own inside the house that I totally understand just how much I really love dogs. I work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All nights. So Monday through Friday I have lots of spare time. From 7 AM Monday until 7 AM on Friday. I do not have a fenced in backyard. So keeping them on the leash is my number one priority. From getting out of the house and into the car. Because I do a lot of hiking with Bella. I also have a good size first aid kit.
“Ada house sat my dog who was both diabetic and recovering from bronchitis which required shots and other medications twice a day. She not only cared for MMO’s medical needs but provided emotional support for him in my absence. She sent pictures and conducted a River video chat with me to ensure not only Momo’s emotional support but for mine as well. I felt confident my beloved pet was in good hands.”

“Helena was everything we hoped for in a dog and house sitter. I appreciate so much all of the photos, the detailed updates on their time together, and how proactive Helena was with communicating. We cannot wait to be her repeat clients. If you want someone that you can trust that your dog will quickly be obsessed with, look no further. Seriously, thank you so much, Helena!”

“David was an excellent choice to stay with our elderly dog while we were away. He was on time for everything. Kimi took to him right away. He gave Kimi 2 medicines per day as well as playing with her to keep her active. He stayed at our home and took care of everything while we were away and we're very pleased. We'll hire David again when we need care for Kimi.”
