About: Hi, I’m Maria! I’ve been pet sitting since I was 16 and have experience with both dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets with special needs, including those who require daily medication — so I’m comfortable with administering pills or other treatments and following specific care instructions closely. What sets me apart is how seriously I take this responsibility — I’m calm, reliable, and I always make sure your pet feels safe, seen, and loved while you're away. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior cat who just wants company, I adjust my care to fit each animal’s needs. I truly enjoy what I do, and I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I work weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, so I’m available early mornings, evenings, and weekends to walk, play, and care for your pets. I love spending time with dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention outside of my work hours. I have a fenced-in yard where dogs can safely play and explore, surrounded by peaceful nature trails perfect for walks. At home, I have my own dog, Bo, and cat, Kitty Kitty, who are both friendly and well-behaved. Bo doesn’t sleep in a crate, and I’m happy to follow that routine for your pets if you prefer — or I can crate them if that’s what they’re used to. If your dog or cat doesn’t get along with other animals, I’m experienced in keeping them separated comfortably to ensure everyone stays safe and stress-free. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities, whether they’re with me or in their own home.

“Would highly recommend Nikki! She pet sit for us over the 4th of July weekend and was phenomenal! She provided detailed reports, photos, and took extra time when our dog was anxious due to fireworks.”

You can always count on me for clear communication, reliability, and plenty of photo updates. I know how much your pets mean to you—because mine mean the world to me too! “Maria G. was absolutely amazing! She took care of our two pups, Max and Luna, while we were away on a week-long cruise, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met her, I felt totally at ease. She kept us updated daily with photos and little notes about their walks, meals, and playtime, which meant the world to us while we were out of the country. Max can be a little shy at first, but he warmed up to Maria right away—and Luna adored her from the start. They both came home relaxed, happy, and clearly well-loved. It was obvious Maria treated them like her own. We’ll definitely be booking with her again next time we travel. Thank you, Maria, for giving us such peace of mind! — Sarah W.”
