About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and truly love caring for them. I grew up with a variety of pets including cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, and bunnies, which gave me a deep appreciation for animals of all kinds. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience providing pet care, including overnight stays, administering medications, and keeping pets comfortable and happy in their home environment. I always focus on maintaining each pet’s normal routine—whether that’s mealtime schedules, daily walks, playtime, or a bit of training and structure. I’m also experienced in caring for senior pets and can support their specific needs with patience and care. My goal is to treat every pet like family and give you peace of mind while you're away. I can also send you daily updates/photos of your fur babies so you know they are being well taken care of! I have both a dog and cat that I take care of every day. My dog is a one year old energetic lab/springer mix and I have a one year old orange kitty. I love getting outside and having playtime or going on walks with my dog and playing with my cat. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting yours, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I create a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment, following any specific instructions you provide—like feeding schedules, medications, or routines. When pets stay with me, my home is set up to be a safe and welcoming space where they can relax and feel at ease. During drop-in visits, I’m respectful of your home and make sure to keep everything just as I found it. In all cases, I take the time to build trust and move at each pet’s pace to ensure they feel secure and loved. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible—for both you and your pets.

“Janelle & Chris are amazing and such a sweet, welcoming couple. Like a lot of dog paw-rents, Nate & I were sad to leave Huck when we went on an extended weekend trip. Not only did Janelle & Chris set aside time for a quick meet and greet *before* we left for our trip, but they asked awesome questions during that meeting that made Nate & I feel like they truly wanted to love Hucky as much as we do. The continuous communications, the amazing adventures and the super cute pictures were all just an added, much appreciated bonus to the love and care they shared with our puppers. We're truly hoping our little rascal behaved will enough that he will be welcomed back with open arms by both Janelle & Chris. We're very thankful to have found some great new friends through Rover. About: My dad is a veterinarian, so I've been around animals my whole life. I got my first dog when I was 12 and have had one ever since. I'm very active so I enjoy always having a walking/running partner. As someone who works from home, I enjoy the company that dogs offer. I work from home in a flexible job. I have some scheduled meetings, but can make time for short walks and bathroom breaks. I often spend my lunch break outside, weather-pending. I have a fenced in yard in a safe, quiet neighborhood. My home is clean and safe, as I also have three children. They spend half their time with me.

About: I have alot of senior dog experience as a previous parent of a great senior retriever and I currently have a cuddly 4 year old Golden retriever named Ruby :) Day and overnight bookings work well with my schedule! I have a comfy setup for boarding and a large fenced in backyard with lots of nature :) Ideally my services will be catered around daily and nightly boarding services located primarily at my residence and yard but I'm willing to expand services as I get more experience on this platform 😀

About: Hi there - thanks so much for taking a look at my profile! I have had dogs in my life ever since I was born. My immediate family and other family members have always had dogs around that I have helped raise and train. Different things that I would do include taking them on walks, feeding them or giving any medications, bathing them, playing with them, etc. My partner and I adopted a kitten fall of 2021 and a puppy in the fall of 2024, and I have absolutely loved learning how to raise a cat and the major differences between cats and dogs haha! Having our own pets has only grown my love for all animals. I will always be sure to take care of your pets as I would my own. I too will frequently be checking in with you to update on how they are doing, sending pictures, and to keep an open line of communication both ways. I am in classes right now through an online program at UWSP and have a part time job here in La Crosse. I am around most if not all weekdays at basically any time needed, and most weekends too. I love to take walks and go to parks, or to sit around being lazy and basking in the sun! :) My cat is named Squid and my dog’s name is Wally. They are friendly with both other dogs and cats. We also have a large yard for your pets to go to the bathroom and play if necessary.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. We got them as puppies! I have dog sat for many family friends and people hearing from me from others. I work 5 days every two weeks. I can come to your house on my break if it’s close enough. Otherwise my work days are 8 hours long. I am available whenever I don’t work. The dogs get a walk twice a day and get let out as needed. I play with them if they would like or just cuddle them. I also feed tem twice a day.

About: I have grown up taking care of Chow Chows! Friends and neighbors have also counted on me to look after there pets. Let me know if I can help you out as well! I'm currently working a part-time job so I have plenty of available time to look after your pets! My job depends on the weather but regardless I'll do my best to fit your schedule. I live in a pet friendly neighborhood with lots of room for excercise! However, depending on your pets personality they can also just lay around a comfortable yard.

“Jojo had an overnight, and there were video cams of her little dogs romping around with Jojo. Also unusual, jojo ate his dinner and did potty regularly which usually doesn't happen at other doggy day care places, he is too nervous. They let jojo have his pillow up on the couch, and have a video camera with sound so she can check on the pups while she's at work. Jojo came back home with so much spunk! She and her significant were so hospitable, and her dogs were so nice to Jojo. I'm so happy that jojo will be having a good time with her pups and big back yard while I take trips through the season. I am fortunate to have such a great Rover babysitter in my area. It always makes me feel better when jojo will be in a home with other little dogs so he can have some fun while i'm gone.”
