I focus on safe, fun, and enriching training sessions by focusing on what motivates the dog and keeping interactions positive. I want your dog to enjoy training through fun exercises that builds their confidence and bond with you and your family.
What to expect
Consultation
During your consultation, we'll review your dog's behavior, your training goals, and recommendations for number of sessions needed to achieve your goals. I'll also be observing your dogs behavior, home set-up, and any other things that can be affecting your goals. I will also give you a list of items that you will need for our first training session such as leashes, collars, and rewards.
Sessions
In your first session we will work on seeing what motivates your dog, what your dog finds rewarding, and dive right into our first session with some basic obedience and fun games. I ask that you have a variety of treats/kibble/or toys, a leash no longer than 6ft long, and a harness and/or collar that fits well.

I focus on positive reinforcement training that rewards wanted behavior with treats, praise, toys, play, or whatever within reason the dog deems rewarding. Positive reinforcement helps build the bond and sense of safety between you and your dog. By making training positive, you will build your dog's confidence, trust, and willingness to learn and work with you.
