Do You Want a Well-Mannered Dog?
Positive reinforcement training is my focus, with the goal of teaching dogs to be well-behaved and obedient. As well as being a certified dog trainer and behavior specialist, I train and test therapy dogs with a focus on AKC Canine Good Citizen behaviors. After the pandemic, I noticed an increase in reactive dogs, so I became a certified Behavior Specialists and trained in Click 2 Calm methods. Additionally, I have been conducting therapy dog group classes since 2015, and beginning, intermediate, and puppy classes for the last 6 years with the local park and recreation departments.

What to expect
Consultation
Initially, we have a video call, phone, or text conversation to identify the issues and concerns you wish to tackle. The first in person consultation will serve as a working session 60 to 75 minutes. We will outline the objectives for training your dog in fundamental commands or behaviors. Our collaboration will focus on training your dog while I also guide you through the process. It is essential for you to be present along with any family members involved in the training. Travel fees or additional dog fees may apply.
Sessions
When I come to your home, we will spend some time planning your dog or puppy's training plan. We will work together in training your dog. You will need to have your dog secured or on a leash and treats available for training. In behavior modification, you must know that there are no "quick fixes." Progress depends on the ability, and your willingness to work with your dog. At least 2 follow up lessons are recommended. Lessons are approximately 60 minutes. After the session, I will send a detailed written report with instructions and communicate as necessary.

We work together to create a well-mannered pet who will be well adjusted in your home. Dogs work for food we use food for training. The owner should have small bite size pieces of dog treats, cheese or meat ready for training.

I am passionate about dog training! I am available to train is anytime! My work hours vary with training scheduled weekdays or on weekends. I collaborate with the client to accommodate their schedule. I will train in rainy weather, but if the client is uncomfortable, we reschedule.
