What to expect
Consultation
A consultation takes a holistic four-part approach tailored to your dog and household: management, training, counterconditioning, and coaching. We identify what’s driving behavior, make immediate practical changes, and begin skill-building right away. I demonstrate techniques, guide you through practice, and explain the science in clear terms. Most clients leave feeling hopeful, empowered, and with a clear roadmap forward.
Sessions
Sessions are collaborative, practical, and goal-focused. We review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and build the next step of your plan through hands-on coaching. Clients should expect to participate, practice, and stay consistent between visits. After each session, I provide homework, management tips, and clear next steps. Real progress happens between sessions, and I help make that process realistic and sustainable.
