Before training dogs I worked as a high capacity dog handler for almost a decade, and as a full-time pet care professional who often oversees unsupervised dogs I’ve never met before I know all the tricks to better manage just about any pup!

Consultation
We’ll briefly go over the difficulties you might be facing, your usual routine, and discuss your current knowledge and experience. I’ll then present an individualized lesson plan, demonstrate applicable techniques, and will explain the science and reasoning behind them. At the conclusion we’ll discuss the next steps and ideally book a dedicated training session where the focus will be much more on practice now that you’ll understand the theory. Some committed pet parents may find the initial consultation sufficient to put you on the right path!
Sessions
Hands-on trainings will emphasize observable behavior change and efficiency. I’ll handle your dog while demonstrating opportunities to apply technique. Any and every behavior can be encouraged or discouraged and I can show you exactly how. About halfway through you’ll implement them yourself! By the time the training is over you’ll understand how and when to apply Pawsitivity in your pup’s life and between sessions you’ll be able to use the exercises on your own to make desired behavior second nature; with practice you’ll be able to stop problems before they begin! 🐾
