I love to work with pet owners in science-backed tools. I have experience training huskies - typically resistant dogs. I have 3 years of experience in professional instruction as an instructor pilot and carry that foundational knowledge of condtioning over to dog training.

Consultation
During the consultation, we will review pet and pet parent history to understand needs, goals, and experience. I like to first understand how the pet parent interacts with their animal and then create a personalized training plan.
Sessions
In the first session we will go over ways to shape the pet-parent relationship, and tools for training the desired trait or reducing the undesired behavior. We will review “do’s” and “don’t”s, have an initial practice session with the pet, and provide “homework”. Between sessions, I am available for questions and updates.

I highly believe in building a trust relationship with your animal first, and then training second. I am a big supporter of training the human in dog-language and setting realistic expectations to preserve the bond between pet and parent.
