During a consultation, I observe your pet's behaviors and ensure both your pet and you feel comfortable with me. I also note your training goals to create a comprehensive, tailored plan. To showcase my methods and foster trust, I often teach a basic behavior, like 'sit,' to begin forming a bond with both owner and pet. This session builds the foundation for effective training customized to meet your pet’s unique needs.
Sessions
Each session mirrors the collaborative approach established during the consultation. I begin by working directly with your pet to teach the desired behavior, followed by guiding you to repeat the actions so your pet performs the behavior for you. This ensures consistency and strengthens the bond between you and your pet. Updated vaccinations are required and will be verified before the first session. Homework will be clearly outlined on a step-by-step instruction sheet, providing you with the tools to continue progress between sessions.

My training is rooted in positive reinforcement, fostering trust and a strong bond between pets and their people. I reward desired behaviors with treats, praise, or play to encourage pets to repeat them. I never use negative corrections, as they can harm confidence and relationships. Through consistent practice and patience, I help pets understand expectations, creating an environment where they feel safe, motivated, and eager to learn.
