Teaching Dogs, Empowering Owners
As a special education teacher, I work daily with behavior, learning, and positive reinforcement. I bring those same evidence-based principles to dog training. My approach focuses on understanding why behaviors occur, teaching clear expectations, and rewarding desired behaviors through consistency and patience. I tailor training to each dog's needs while helping owners build skills that create lasting success.

What to expect
Consultation
Prior to meeting face-to-face, I will have you fill out a Google form about you and your pup. During the consultation, we will discuss in more detail your needs, and I will spend some time observing your dog and allowing them to get familiar with me. We will come up with a plan and a schedule, for both working with me, as well as what is required of you as the owner in between sessions.
Sessions
Prior to our first session, please make sure your dogs vaccinations are up to date and provide documents showing so. During the session, we will jump right into the fun! We will focus on one skill at a time, and I will also teach you what to do in between sessions. Not to worry...I believe in hands on experience, so I will have you practice the cues a few times before the end of the session.
