Experience with all behavior types.
I have personal experience with training reactive dogs, as well as difficult cases. I do not back down from a challenge and will never feel the need to judge you or your pup. We are in this together, always!

What to expect
Consultation
During your consultation, we will discuss your dog’s current behaviors and what you’d like to achieve with training. We will discuss different breed specifications based on your dog’s breed, and will review how your pup reacts best to certain training types. We will develop an action plan and training schedule, and will review your dog’s specific needs. Before your session, be sure to let me know of any reactivity issues or strict boundaries that your dog has.
Sessions
I always recommend bringing a variety of your pup’s favorite treats. Dogs do best with high value rewards, and you know their preferences best! If you forget, no worries, I will always have backup treats, as well as poop bags. I also recommend a leash that is sturdy. Retractable leashes work for small dogs, but are not always ideal for training purposes. Between sessions, you will receive an email with everything we worked on in our last session, everything to practice in between, and everything you need to know about your next session.
More info
I believe that positive reinforcement is essential to doggy training. I have experience using a combination of both positive and negative reinforcement, as many dogs may require more advanced training methodologies. Every dog is different, which means that every training plan will be unique and tailored specifically to your pup.
