Positive Training. Real Results.
I use science‑based, positive‑reinforcement training tailored to your dog’s needs and your goals. No canned programs — every plan is customized. I teach step by step so skills are clear, reliable, and stress‑free. You’ll get detailed handouts for at‑home practice. I also offer therapy‑dog prep and service‑dog task foundations. I support both ends of the leash and coach owners with the same care I give their dogs.

Consultation
During your consultation, we'll discuss your dog's behaviors, your goals, and what success looks like for you. I’ll observe your dog’s body language, interactions around the house, current skills, and then outline a customized training plan to help you meet your goals. We will discuss training gear, equipment, and answer your questions about the training plan. Besides in-person consultations, I also offer virtual consultations and training, and remote training sessions (in a park or other outdoor venue) to accommodate client needs or to advance training goals.
Sessions
In your first session, we will start working on behaviors described in your individualized training plan. Each client's plan will be developed with the client's and dog's skill level in mind. Private training sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Owners will be expected to provide dog treats for the training sessions and, depending on the type of training, additional equipment may be required. At the end of the session, owners will be given skills to practice with clear, how-to instructions.
More info
I have 10+ years experience training puppy manners, basic and advanced obedience, and service and therapy dogs task training. My philosophy is there are no bad dogs, just dogs that need clarity in training and support to succeed. I coach you through each skill in the training plan and then follow up with detailed handouts to assist you during your homework assignments. Training plans are customized for each client and dog to ensure goals are met. The result is a dog who understands what's being asked and enjoys the learning process -- and a handler who feels supported every step of the way.
