I’ll be there for you—and your pup!
What sets me apart is my extensive hands-on experience with diverse temperaments and sizes—from 5lb miniatures to 175lb Great Danes. Growing up with a lifetime of pets and currently caring for a household of six, I understand the 'real world' challenges of multi-pet homes. Beyond my GoodPup Certification, I have a deep background in adult/senior dog care and administering medications. I don't just teach commands; I understand canine enrichment and physical needs, ensuring your dog is mentally and physically stimulated.

What to expect
Consultation
Our consultation is a deep dive into your dog’s world. We’ll start by reviewing their current daily routine, exercise schedule, and diet to see how their lifestyle impacts their behavior. We’ll also discuss their breed traits and age-specific needs to ensure our goals are realistic and fair for them. I’ll perform a gentle observation of your dog’s body language and reactions in their home environment. By the end of our time, you'll have a clear understanding of why certain behaviors are happening and a customized training roadmap designed specifically for your household's rhythm.
Sessions
Get ready for some hands-on action! Each 60-minute session is tailored to your dog’s immediate needs. We dive straight into active training exercises, where I demonstrate the technique first and then coach you through it. I focus on 'transferring the skills' to you so you feel confident training even when I'm not there. Between sessions, I provide simple 'homework' to keep the momentum going!
More info
I follow a science-based, Positive Reinforcement methodology. My goal is to build a language between you and your dog using rewards and clear communication rather than fear or intimidation, ensuring your dog feels safe and motivated to learn. By rewarding the behaviors we want to see, we create lasting habits and a much stronger bond.
