I like to do more than just train behaviors. I look at each dog as an individual and help owners learn how to communicate with them in a positive way. I also love to teach pet parents how to use enrichment activities to improve their dogs quality of life.

In your first session we will discuss your needs, come up with strategies and do hands on training. I am available between lessons to answer questions and help if you are struggling.

I believe the bond with our dogs is an extremely important one. This is why I use positive training methods. Training should enjoyable for you and your dog. This fosters a respectful, rewarding relationship and creates a dog who is willing to work with you and learn new behaviors. I have competed with my own dogs in different dog sports for approximately 40 years and I have been helping others train their dogs for the last 16.

I have a flexible schedule and can schedule sessions any day of the week from mid morning to late afternoon. I don't normally offer evening appointments.
