What to expect
Consultation
Evaluation Process (30-60 minutes): Pre-Meeting: contact me and we will set up a good time to meet in person. Assessment: I observe your dog's behavior, temperament, confidence level, fear triggers, and training readiness. We'll discuss specific issues like aggression, reactivity, or anxiety. Custom Plan: Based on my evaluation, I'll recommend the best program (Board & Train, Private Lessons, or specialized services) with clear timelines and transparent pricing. I quickly identify issues others miss to ensure we start right.
Sessions
Training Sessions Home-based (your place or ours), personalized sessions using positive methods. Session Flow: Assessment, skill building, practice with consistency/timing/motivation, positive ending. Board & Train: Minimal client involvement, daily photo updates, go-home lessons, 2-week post-training protocol Private Lessons: Active participation, homework, consistency required. Ongoing Support: 24/7 availability, progress tracking, lifelong guidance. Training success requires consistency beyond sessions.
More info
I use the least intrusive methods necessary to train dogs. I believe in making learning fun and building the bond between the dog and their owner.
