My training philosophy is centered around positive reinforcement, clear communication, consistency, and making learning enjoyable for the dog. I reward behaviors I want to see repeated and break training into manageable steps so dogs can succeed without becoming overwhelmed. I use treats, praise, toys, play, and other rewards depending on what motivates each individual dog. I also focus on timing and consistency so dogs can clearly understand what is being asked of them. My goal is to create reliable behaviors while building confidence and a strong relationship between the dog and their owner.
