Training Built On Trust
I specialize in high-drive and herding breeds and understand their need for clear jobs, outlets, and structure. My sessions blend positive reinforcement with thoughtful management, pattern games, and engagement work to channel energy productively. I tailor plans to each dog and family, provide simple at-home practice steps, and emphasize relationship-building—so progress continues between sessions and skills stick in real life.

What to expect
Consultation
Before our consultation, I’ll send you a Google form to gather background on your dog so I come prepared. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your dog’s behavior, goals, and environment. I’ll share an action plan, demonstrate techniques, and answer your questions. I ask you to listen carefully, take notes, and follow through at home—because lasting results require teamwork between trainer and owner.
Sessions
A typical training session starts with reviewing your dog’s progress since the last visit. I demonstrate new skills, then guide you in practicing them with your dog. Sessions include structured training, play, and relationship-building. I provide feedback and homework so you can keep practicing between visits, because success comes from consistency, not quick fixes. Each session is tailored to your dog’s unique needs and personality.
More info
I use a rewards-based, least-intrusive approach centered on marker training, clear communication, and setting dogs up for success. I reinforce desired behaviors, manage the environment, and build skills through shaping, capturing, and fun engagement games. For big feelings like reactivity or over-excitement, I rely on desensitization/counter-conditioning, impulse-control exercises, and enrichment to create calmer choices. My goal is practical, real-world manners through positive motivation, trust, and consistency.

Availability
As a student and mom, I keep a flexible schedule. I am generally available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. I work with families to find times that fit their routines and ensure consistency in training, because regular practice matters more than just the sessions themselves.
