I regularly works with dogs of all ages, breeds, and experience, as well as those exhibiting fear, aggression, anxiety and reactivity. I was a professional responder for the ASPCA to help dogs rescued from cruelty cases such as dog fighting, hoarding and puppy mills. During these deployments, I learned a lot from the behavior specialists at ASPCA. Shortly after that, I interned with a certified trainer and then became one myself. I believe training is about building a strong and trusting relationship with your dog, as well as learning to communicate better with him or her.

What to expect
Consultation
During your consultation, we will review your goals and concerns. I will gather a detailed history and make sure you feel seen and heard before moving forward.
Sessions
We get right to work in session 1! After reviewing your goals and your dog's behavior, we will start training. All you need are your dog's favorite treats. If there is human reactivity, we will utilize gates and/or a leash and harness/flat collar.

I use positive reinforcement, behavior analysis, enrichment and management to help achieve our goals. Every dog and person is an individual, so I will work with my client to create the best plan for them.
