Sliding Scale, Practical Solutions
I'm working toward a CPPDT-CBCC and need practicum hours so I'm offering reduced rates. Because dog training is such a poorly regulated industry, I'd rather you learn from me then try to sort through the dog pile of poo on the internet. Although I prefer you work with a certified, positive reinforcement trainer, or Behaviorist, these options are expensive and otherwise hard to come by. So many trainers out there are doing more harm then good. I promise I will never point you in the wrong direction. If I don't know the answer, we will find it together with my vast network of resources.

What to expect
Consultation
Please share any videos of concerning behaviors ahead of time, and try to remember any relevant details about when the behavior started and anything that might have contributed, changes in the home or daily routine. Emailed Training Plan, Weekly follow ups. We can meet in person monthly or weekly, depending on what works with your schedule and your specific needs. In-person is more effective, but I want to make this work with your busy life.
Sessions
Training at my dedicated space in Burien, unless the situation calls for working in your home environment. The consult is to see if we are a good fit, you should not expect behavior issues to be resolved by working with a trainer for 1 hour. Puppies should be enrolled in puppy classes for at least 8 weeks. I can't teach you everything you need to know to raise a dog in one sitting. If affordability is an issue, I'm happy to work with your budget. I can offer discounts for rescue dogs if you provide proof of working with a rescue organization.
