On most days I offer 3-4 sessions. I offer private, in-home session as well as group classes. Reach out so that we can arrange the best time that fits your schedule. Sunday - 9am-12pm Monday - 8am-7pm Tuesday - 8am-7pm Wednesday - 8am-7pm Thursday - 8am-7pm Friday - 8am-5pm
