Let's Start Right!
I've been in the dog world for over a decade. An entire litter of puppies is, in some ways, easier than one puppy. I understand exactly how life changing it is to bring a new family member into the home and you are not alone in your stress. Many dogs are relinquished due to behavioral problems that can be fixed with good training. Let’s get to work! Training should be fun!

What to expect
Consultation
I prefer to meet at the puppy's home, where I will bring materials, if needed, and perform an intake questionnaire to understand the dog’s history and current behaviors. I'll show you how you can transform your relationship by communicating with your dog through their love languages- food and play!
Sessions
30 minutes is an average session where I explain the basics, get to see how your dog is adjusting and any issues that you're dealing with, develop rapport with any other family members who are helping care for the pup, and show by example how we reinforce the behaviors we want and avoid the ones we don't. We will go through each training exercise repeatedly and test the behaviors in real life settings to ensure we are “proofing” the dog for the future.
More info
Common issues addressed include: -housebreaking -excessive barking -separation anxiety -leash reactivity -destruction -crate training I also host puppy playgroups of 2-3 similar size and energy pups, to help with proper socialization.

Availability
Weekends are the most ideal time, especially because if there is more than one family member, it's best for everyone to be present for training sessions. Everyone in the home being on board for the rules and schedule you decide for your puppy is essential!
