Certified Dog Behavior Consultant
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter training. Your dog isn’t like every other dog, so why should the training be? I’m all about getting to know your dog as a unique individual. I listen first, then create a plan that fits your dog and your lifestyle. I’ve worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes—from rescues and seniors to puppies and those struggling with fear, reactivity, or aggression. I’ll always be honest about what I can offer and realistic about what to expect. I’m here to help you both every step of the way.

What to expect
Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll talk about your dog’s behavior, your goals, and what kind of training plan might work best. I’ll recommend how many sessions you may need to reach those goals, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions. I may also share a few tips to help you get started right away!
Sessions
During each session, we’ll work on specific training goals we’ve set together—whether that’s leash walking, recall, settling, reactivity, or something else. I’ll demonstrate skills, coach you through the steps, and adjust as we go to make sure it works for you and your dog. Between sessions, you’ll get clear guided activities to maintain - simple, doable practice tailored to your dog. I may check in to see how things are going, and you’re always welcome to text me with questions or updates. I’m here to support you both throughout the process.
More info
I train dogs using a relationship-first, reward-based approach built on trust, not fear. I don’t use force, pain, or intimidation—ever. My job is to help you understand your dog, and help your dog feel safe enough to learn. I use positive reinforcement to help your dog build and apply real-life skills that actually stick. The goal isn’t just obedience—it’s skill-building. That’s what training is, after all: giving you the skills to support your dog, and giving your dog the skills to navigate your world with confidence. That’s how we build behavior that lasts beyond the training sessions.
