So excited to offer basic training for your wonderful canine companion. Services include education regarding your dog's development, and ways to incorporate positive reinforcement into your dog's life. The goal is to help your care members set up consistent training practices to help you and your dog build trust and experience success. Since I am a beginner trainer, my focus is on working with well-adjusted, non-aggressive dogs, including puppies. Dogs that have experienced trauma will want to seek out a more advanced trainer.

My strategy is to assess your dog's developmental stage and educate you about it. It is also to provide you with important tips on how to engage your dog in positive reinforcement training. This includes the time and place of your training, the types of rewards you are using, how many family members are involved in the training. I work with both the dogs and the dog's family to ensure that everybody is giving the same cues and the same types of rewards so your dog experiences success with the minimal amount of confusion as possible.
