Structured Dog Conditioning
We incorporate structured slatmill (dog treadmill) conditioning as part of behavioral support. Rather than focusing only on obedience commands, we help dogs release energy in a controlled, purposeful way. Sessions are one on one, fully supervised, and tailored to each dog’s physical ability and confidence level. Our goal isn’t simply to tire dogs out, but to teach them a new skill to help them feel calmer, more balanced, and capable at home.

What to expect
Consultation
A typical consultation is a short one on one session where we assess the dog’s energy, temperament, and comfort level. We discuss their routine with the owner and introduce them to the slatmill gradually. Together, we create a safe, structured plan to build confidence, release energy, and support healthy behavior.
Sessions
Once a dog is comfortable with us, a typical session is a one on one, 30 minute conditioning experience. Using structured slatmill work, we help dogs release energy safely, build body awareness, and increase confidence. Sessions are tailored to each dog’s pace, with positive reinforcement, mental engagement, and calm guidance. Pickup and drop off are available. Our goal is for dogs to leave physically fulfilled, mentally calmer, and more confident.
More info
We use a structured, relationship based approach to conditioning, tailoring each session to a dog’s energy, confidence, and ability. Slatmill (dog powered treadmill) work is introduced gradually and positively, never forced. Sessions are short, controlled, and one on one. Our goal is safe energy release, improved body awareness, and increased confidence, helping dogs feel calmer and more regulated at home. Safety, form, and emotional wellbeing are always prioritized.
