Behavior Meets Balance
What sets me apart is my ability to connect with each dog as an individual. With over 15 years of experience and a strong foundation in behavioral modification, I specialize in working with anxious, reactive, and stubborn dogs. I take a relationship based approach, focusing on trust, communication, and long term results. Whether guiding a puppy or helping a reactive dog, I meet each dog where they are and help them grow from there, fostering confidence and lasting change.

What to expect
Consultation
During the consultation, which typically lasts about an hour, I’ll evaluate the dog’s skill set as well as the communication between the dog and the handler. We’ll go over background information and the dog's environment to help create a tailored training plan. I'll also offer plenty of helpful advice and provide you with a welcome packet full of useful training tips and resources. This is a collaborative session to ensure we’re on the same page and set up for success!
Sessions
A typical training session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. During the session, we focus on two skills: I’ll demonstrate each skill first, showing you the techniques and exercises clearly. Then, I’ll coach you as we work together to transfer the skill to you and your dog. I make sure to guide you through each step, offering support and feedback as needed. At the end of the session, I’ll provide homework assignments so you can continue practicing at home, reinforcing what we’ve worked on and building progress until the next session.
More info
As a positive reinforcement trainer ,I build trust and clear communication using reward-based methods. I focus on real behavior change, not quick fixes. With extensive experience in behavioral challenges like reactivity and anxiety, I help dogs overcome fear and rebuild confidence. I also specialize in puppies, laying a solid foundation for long-term success. Every dog and household is unique, so I customize training plans to fit your goals, creating lasting change.
