I’m a former army veteran, a mom, and a dog nerd. I am pursuing my Masters in animal behavior and cognition. Currently I train on the side of my “day job” but would love nothing more than to turn this into my full time job.

Consultation
During your consult, we’ll review your dogs current behavior, your schedule and current lifestyle, and go over goals and what success looks like for you. Then we’ll design a plan that works with your schedule and we’ll be off to the races.
Sessions
Sessions consist of 1 part settling/house manners, 1 part obedience, and 1 part human training - we talk about breed specific traits, age expectations, dog behavior and more

Training is a journey without an end, and I believe a well mannered dog is the sum of its handler and its surroundings. I have 20+ years experience with dogs and I truly believe that the canine-human connection is special. I help handlers learn how to work with their pet using proven animal psychology- not trendy tools or methods. I specialize in puppy foundations, working with dogs 8 weeks to 1 year. I also provide pre-puppy consulting, breed selection support and temperament testing.

I currently work full time. I’m available Saturday mornings and some evenings. I can facilitate groups of 6-8 puppies if group socialization classes are desired, with puppies spaced well apart for health management.
