Clear Training for Confident Dogs
What sets me apart is my blend of science-based training, behavior knowledge, and a whole-dog perspective. As a Doctor of Integrative Medicine with a focus in nutrition, I understand how health, diet, stress, learning, and behavior can affect your dog. I do not use one-size-fits-all plans or quick fixes. I help pet parents understand the “why” behind training so both dog and owner feel confident, supported, and successful.

What to expect
Consultation
During a consultation, we will talk through your dog’s history, routine, challenges, goals, health considerations, and what success looks like for your family. I will observe your dog’s body language, motivation, environment, and learning style, and we may try a few simple exercises. Please have treats or food, a leash, collar or harness, and any relevant background information ready. Afterward, I will recommend next steps so you leave with clarity and a realistic path forward.
Sessions
A typical session is hands-on, supportive, and tailored to your dog’s goals. We will start with a quick check-in, then practice specific exercises together so you know exactly what to do at home. Sessions may include manners, leash skills, recall, confidence building, enrichment, or behavior modification. Please have treats or food, a leash, collar or harness, and any discussed tools ready. Between sessions, you will practice short, realistic homework that fits into daily life.
More info
My training philosophy is science-based, relationship-centered, and focused on clear communication. I use positive reinforcement, rewards, and marker-based training to teach dogs what we want them to do while building confidence and trust. I avoid fear, intimidation, and harsh corrections. If a dog is struggling, I look at the whole picture and break skills into achievable steps. My goal is practical, reliable behavior and a dog who feels safe, engaged, and connected with their family.
