Consultation
During your consultation we will discuss what you want to work on and what your goals are. Then we will build a plan to reach those goals, and work on said plan incrementally- with my support the whole way!
Sessions
During session we do a balance of hands on training and discussion/problem solving. Between sessions you will always be able to reach out with questions or needs for additional support.

I’m currently working part time and am available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some weekends. I also am available Mon/Wed/Fri after 4pm. My schedule can be somewhat flexible!
