Certified Puppy & Leash Trainer
What makes my approach different is that I combine dog training with real-world experience through dog walking and daily care. This allows me to work with dogs in practical situations like neighborhood walks, distractions, and everyday routines. I focus on helping both dogs and their owners succeed by teaching clear communication, building confidence, and creating training plans that are realistic to maintain at home. If you’re unsure whether training would help your dog, feel free to reach out or schedule a free consultation.

What to expect
Consultation
During the consultation, we’ll talk about your dog’s behavior, your training goals, and any challenges you’re currently experiencing. I’ll observe your dog and ask questions about daily routines, walks, and home behaviors. From there, I’ll recommend a training plan and number of sessions that can help you reach your goals. This is also a great time for you to ask questions and make sure the training approach feels like a good fit.
Sessions
Each 60-minute training session is hands-on and focused on real-life skills you can actually use. We’ll work on leash manners, recall, basic obedience, and improving behavior at home or on walks. I’ll demonstrate first, then coach you through the process so you feel confident handling your dog on your own. When appropriate, we may use long training leads to safely build recall and focus outdoors. You’ll leave each session with clear, simple homework so progress continues between sessions.
More info

I focus on practical, real-life skills that help dogs succeed at home and on walks, including leash manners, basic obedience, recall, and polite behavior around people and other dogs.
