Summer School is in Session!!!
Hi! I'm Jen! 🏳️🌈 Newly Certified Professional Dog Trainer! Who we let in our homes and in to our pets lives is an important and sometimes nerve wracking choice. Especially these days. I joined Rover to become a trusted friend to your whole family. We tend to focus mainly on what the dog needs to do differently. But I believe it is even more so about training humans to do things differently. I have been a dog care pro for 3 years. And I have been a yoga and meditation teacher for almost 15 years. I have the skills to teach adult humans new skills… the key to teaching a dog new skills :)

What to expect
Consultation
All consultations are held virtually. In the 30 minute session I will ask a series of questions to learn more about your situation and make a general recommendation about how to proceed.
Sessions
A typical session can be issue specific or it can be addressing the overall picture and building a plan to help mold new habits and behaviors in the house for pup and humans. Clients may opt-in to my professional client portal to create and maintain a training log which will include videos, pictures and notes about your dog’s progress. All easy to access in an app called Time to Pet!
More info
Positive Reinforcement is not only the kindest way to train a pet, it’s also the most effective way to help a dog learn to make good life choices. We can acheive this way of being with our dogs simply by paying better attention to what they are trying to communicate to us. It’s our job to learn their language. Step 1 - put down your phone on your walks! See if you can learn something from Fido instead.
