Behavior Help for Family Dogs
I combine professional knowledge with genuine compassion for both dogs and their people. I’ve dedicated years to studying canine behavior, while also recognizing that every family’s journey is unique. I don’t just teach cues — I help guardians understand their dog’s behavior and provide tools that make life easier. My goal is to support both ends of the lead with clear communication, ongoing guidance, and a safe, judgment-free space.

What to expect
Consultation
Consultations are 90 minutes and held virtually, even if your follow-up training sessions will take place in person. This first meeting is for people only — your dog does not attend. Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form so I can understand your dog’s history, current challenges, and your goals. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your case in depth, identify priorities, and create a training plan that feels both realistic and supportive. The consultation is designed to give you clarity, direction, and confidence as we begin working toward positive changes for your family.
Sessions
A typical session depends on where you are in the program. In the first stage, we focus on management and enrichment planning, giving your dog time for an emotional detox and creating a safe learning environment. In the learning phase, sessions begin with decompression before building skills for confidence and coping. In the final stage, we carefully apply those skills to stressful situations in a moderated, supportive way, ensuring progress at your dog’s pace.
More info
My approach is rooted in force-free, fear-free methods that focus on building trust, safety, and understanding. I believe training is about creating clear and consistent communication from both ends of the leash. When guardians and dogs learn to truly understand one another, confidence grows, behavior improves, and daily life becomes more joyful and harmonious.
