I have been working with shelter dogs for 8 years. I have worked with lots of dogs with a wide range of behavior and emotional problems. I have been a dog walker for several years and have also boarded dogs. I am CPR and first aid certified and have take fear free classes. I am also certified by CCPDT-KA.

What to expect
Consultation
During a consultation I will listen and observe more than I will speak. I will hear your feelings on what is going on with your dog and goals you have in mind. We can discuss priority goals to smaller goals for the future.
Sessions
In your sessions we will talk about what has happened since our last session. We will discuss how your "homework" has been going and guide you with any insight or help as needed. We will both be hands on with your dog. From working inside on manners to going on a walk or spending time in the yard. Whatever is causing the most concern for you is the area we will work on together.

I am a dog centered dog trainer. I observe what the dog is saying through body language and help the dog and pet parent realize their goals for the dog.
