Human-Animal Relationship Counselor
I help pet parents understand their pets, manage their behavior, and build a strong bond so that they can enjoy life together. I cannot and will not turn animals into mindless, obedient robots. I want to embrace their individuality and let their personality shine while establishing a connection that keeps everyone safe and happy.

What to expect
Consultation
During a consultation I really want to get to know you and your dog. I want the backstory with as much information as possible to help me understand you and your dog. I want to know about your specific challenges and expectations. I will try to provide insight into your dog's current behavior and what progress you may expect with training. I will then leave you with some simple introductory lessons to get the training started.
Sessions
Be prepared to be an active participant. Your success will depend greatly on your ability to be consistent and keep practicing between sessions. You're the one living with your dog. It is your responsibility to put the work into that relationship.
More info
I use positive reinforcement often in combination with clicker training to establish desired behavior, reinforce good habits, strengthen human-animal communication, and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
