I can teach you to speak dog
By working closely with a client and focusing on the quality of communication between them and their dog I strive to ensure that the training process continues between sessions. For that reason, I emphasize owner involvement in training sessions.

What to expect
Consultation
Consultations on the phone or zoom are an opportunity for me to get to know clients and what they are experiencing so that we can set training goals together. It's also a good time for clients to ask me any questions they might have.
Sessions
My style of training requires the owner's participation for at least part of the session. Training sessions are typically one hour long and take place either in a client's home or at a park. If outdoors, I require dogs to be securely leashed at all times. During a training session we will focus on up to 3 new skills to allow your dog time to process and integrate what they've learned. Between sessions I will offer clients a detailed written plan of exercises to ensure progress continues!
More info
I am committed to bringing New Yorkers and their dogs closer by using positive reinforcement and two-way communication. To that end, I prefer to involve the owners in the training process as much as possible. My goal is to equip clients with the skills and confidence they need to live in harmony with their dogs.
