Real Results, Happy Dogs
What sets me apart as a dog trainer is my balance of formal education, real-world experience, and a calm, practical training approach that dogs instantly connect with. I’m a graduate of the Victoria Stillwell Dog Training Academy, one of the most respected positive-reinforcement programs in the world, which means the methods I use are science-based, humane, and tailored to each dog’s personality. I’ve worked with a wide range of behaviors, from puppies learning their first cues to dogs who need help with reactivity, confidence building, leash skills, and manners in the home.

What to expect
Consultation
A typical consultation with me is relaxed, informative, and completely tailored to your dog’s needs. We start by discussing your dog’s history, daily routines, behaviors, and any specific challenges you’re experiencing. I’ll observe your dog’s body language, interactions, and environment so I can understand the full picture—not just the symptoms. From there, I explain what’s going on from a training and behavior standpoint, walk you through realistic expectations, and outline a clear plan for moving forward.
Sessions
A typical 1 hour training session is structured, efficient, and designed to give your dog the best chance to learn and succeed. We start with about 10 minutes of review, checking in on progress, answering quick questions, and making sure you feel confident with any homework from the previous session. Then we move into three focused 15 minute training blocks, each dedicated to a different skill or behavior. This keeps your dog engaged, prevents fatigue, and allows us to cover multiple training goals in one visit. We will then end with a Q&A over what we covered then I will give you homework.
More info
My training methodology is 100% positive, science based, and centered around building trust, confidence, and clear communication between you and your dog. I use reward based techniques that reinforce the behaviors we want, rather than punishing the ones we don’t. Dogs learn best when they feel safe, engaged, and understood. Every dog is different, so I tailor each session to your dog’s temperament, motivation, and learning style, whether we’re working on basic manners, leash skills, confidence building, or reactivity.
