Backroad Rowdy to Front Porch Ready
What sets me apart as a trainer is my focus on real life results in real homes, not just perfect behavior in a training facility. I specialize in helping dogs learn how to behave where it actually matters—on the front porch, on the leash, around guests, and in everyday situations that families deal with.

What to expect
Consultation
During a consultation visit, I’ll meet you and your dog, talk through your main concerns, and observe how your dog responds in real-life situations. I’ll then explain what I’m seeing and go over a clear, simple training plan tailored to your goals. You’ll also have time to ask questions and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward. After the consultation, you’ll receive a plan for next steps and recommendations for training sessions or exercises so you know exactly how to move forward with your dog.
Sessions
During a normal training session, you can expect hands-on, practical work with both you and your dog focused on real-life behavior and obedience. I’ll guide you step-by-step through exercises that address your specific goals. I’ll also show you how to communicate clearly with your dog so you can continue training outside of our sessions. Sessions are structured but flexible, meaning we adjust based on your dog’s progress that day. By the end, you’ll have clear direction, practice techniques, and confidence in what to work on between visits.
More info
My methodology focuses on positive reinforcement, clear communication, and relationship-building. I believe dogs learn best in an environment that’s safe, consistent, and rewarding, where desired behaviors are encouraged rather than unwanted ones punished. Every training plan I design is tailored to each dog’s unique personality, motivation, and learning pace.
