I officially started my dog training journey in 2021. At first I was looking for a new hobby to pick up, but the more I learned and honed my skills, the more I fell in love with training. I have always had dogs in my home and I have a passion for making sure they were and are well taken care of. I am a graduate of CATCH Canine Trainers Academy and have 4 years of hands on dog training experience, behavior fieldwork, and have been evaluated by multiple mentors. I am Certified in First Aid and CPR for Pets via Pro Trainings and I have a Fear Free Shelter Certification.

What to expect
Consultation
During the consultation, we will review your dogs current and past behaviors as well as try to determine the root cause of their behavior. Any little detail helps, regardless if you think the it's related to the event or not. We will also discuss the reason you are seeking training. A management plan will be put into place as a temporary means to prevent the undesired behaviors as well as determine what motivates your dog. You will be filled in on what to expect moving forward and I will answer and questions and concerns you may have.
Sessions
You'll get in on the action while I explain the basics of training to you. Each session will vary depending on the type of training and/or the behavior we are working on. We will start training by focusing on what is most important for you and your dog. You'll be given homework throughout the week to work on with your dog. Each following session, we will touch base about the previous weeks training and address anything that may need to be altered. We will then continue on with the next training steps.

I typically have availability Saturday's and Sunday's between 11am and 1pm. If you book with me during a time I am not available, I will always check if a different time is doable before denying the request.
