Train, Play, Repeat: Pawsome Pals!

What sets me apart is my personalized, relationship-focused approach. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, needs, and learning style. My training is always force-free and rooted in the newest science, but I also bring a lot of heart, patience, and creativity to every session. I’m also passionate about empowering owners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed long after training ends. My goal is to help you build a lasting bond with your dog based on mutual respect, trust, and joy.

What to expect

Consultation

During a typical consultation, I’ll meet with you and your dog to learn about your goals, your dog’s behavior, and your daily routine. We’ll discuss any concerns you have and observe how your dog responds in their environment. I may ask questions about their history, habits, and what motivates them.

Sessions

Typically in your home

During a typical training session, we’ll focus on teaching or reinforcing specific behaviors using positive reinforcement. I’ll guide you and your dog through each step, making sure it’s fun, clear, and stress-free. Sessions are hands-on and tailored to your dog’s pace and progress. You’ll be actively involved, learning how to communicate effectively with your dog and practice techniques confidently. All you need is your dog, some high-value treats, and a willingness to participate!

Positive Reinforcement

My training approach is rooted in positive reinforcement, clear communication, and mutual respect. I believe dogs learn best when they feel safe, understood, and motivated. That’s why I use science-based, force-free methods that focus on rewarding the behaviors we want, rather than punishing the ones we don’t. Training should be a fun, engaging experience for both dogs and their humans. I work closely with pet parents to help them feel confident, consistent, and connected in their training journey. When the learning process is positive and clear, dogs not only succeed—they thrive.
